I ordered online, the food was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. The cashiers were very nice and polite. The food was not great. The fries were cold and very dry. My chicken tenders were also cold, hard to eat, and not fresh.

I just Went to the Popeyes on southmore ,when I went through the drive thru I specifically asked for hot fries,because when I went last week I got cold soggy fries,,she said no problem,well guess what I got when I picked up the food,cold soggy fries when I complained they said we can put some down now but it will be 6 minutes when you get a 30 minute lunch break you don’t have 6 minutes to spare on a do over order that should have been right to begin with ,from now on McDonald’s spicy chicken sandwich for me,thier fries are always hot

The worst Popeyes experience I have ever had, they gave me 5 strips instead of 3, but the were old as dirt, almost no meat. They asked me what kind of sauce I told, then reminded them at the window, still didn’t get it, a small Mac and cheese was 3.50, that also tasted a day old! Horrible!

I went to Popeyes to place an order thru drive thru! After having to wait in line for about 15 mins , I get to the window and pay for my order which came out to be $38! I then get home and once I’m about to eat ! Turns out my fries are missing and also the 4 pack of strawberry biscuits! Not only am I upset but I’m disappointed at the service given, a whole family feast just to have items missing and not a complete order! I then called the southmore location where I got them from and no one picked up !

Service is good even for being packed Friday after work. Drive through got it done. Chicken was super hot, moist and tasty but biscuilts were barely warm and hard. Truthfully the chicken taste better with dirty rice but they no longer have it on the menu. I asked and they said it comes back 2 to 3 times a year now. Mom did not like the coleslaw which is unusual because it is so easy to make. Red beans are Ok but nothing special. All in all food is Ok but the chicken without rice to me, seems like it is missing something.

This place has gone downhill been coming here for years. They started giving really small portions. And I guess the new manager who’s a young guy caught an attitude over to salsas it’s just ridiculous they seriously can’t be that hard up for money. Poor customer service! They gave me a 2 piece dinner no drink and I ordered a 5 piece and paid for a 5 piece. Until I get home and check the order was wrong and called them and they argued with me because I didn’t have the receipt but if I went back up there they would give me a 3 piece. I wasn’t going to drive back up there is why I went through the drive thru. Not wanting to make it right and rudely hung up on me. I will not return to this location nor do I recommend. They need better training in customer service. I’ll take my business to another location or Hartz, Church’s at least the maje their bad service right!

Very rude drive thru service. The girl got my order wrong. Then when handing me back my card and receipt, dropped it..( im lretty sure on purpose) because she didnt even tell me she dropped it..i had to look for it . Then i found it .. and while waiting on my food she got on her cell phone. Forgetting about my food ..and her manager walked it over to me even tapping her as if to tell her to get off her phone. And the food was put together sloppy.. no good at all.. wont go back
