I rarely review fast-food spots but I visited this place tonight and it was very clean and my chicken and all of my food was very hot and fresh and there was a very pleasant hispanic lady at the front register. A smile and great service makes all the difference. All Popeyes are not created equal!

I ordered one classic chicken sandwich combo and, one B&C sandwich. They forgot to add both the bacon and the cheese and refuse to answer the phone! If I lived closer I would have went back up there. No matter how many stickers they put on your mobile order bag PLEASE be sure to check before you drive off!!!! The young lady at the drive through was really nice.

Don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to after 4 consecutive times where I went where the pieces are laughably small. I kept on telling myself that maybe it was just that day where the pieces were small so I’d give them another chance a couple months later but nope same result everytime. In addition, there was one time where the location was having issues with their system being able to process mobile apps orders and a lady came in to pick up her order after prepaying without knowing this and they showed little care and ignored her. She essentially lost her money and did not get what she had even paid for. Now I try to avoid this location as much as humanely possible and advise others to do the same if they don’t want to feel scammed of their money. Surprised this location hasn’t been exposed already for this.

Service was quick and they had the $5 pot pie in stock. I think it is not just heated from frozen, but cooked from scratch. Taste was good but I did have one slimy piece of chicken fat not meat that I had to discard and a small bone but otherwise it is very large in size and filling.

Me and my wife went this store lady was very rude we wanted Fanta orange with chicken she by mistake served us Fanta strawberry we requested her to change she was arguing finally she did not change even she told us not to come back. Company should teach their employees about customer service. Ultimately customers pays everything. I have my own gas station I know how important customer service is. Frankly we were their first time to try food but it is over. They lost my business forever.

4/142023 1:10 pm just left from this Popeyes which I eat here every once in a while, a little more regular now but today was the only time I had a problem. Not sure who the lady is up front that took my order, but the approach from the start was off and when I ordered my usual because they didn’t have the fish sandwich which was fine I can tell the energy was off with her because the next customer received a smile and a playful mood. I specifically ask her 2 times for light seasoning on my naked strips and when I received them you can see how dark they were with to much seasoning. She told me that’s how they are and I’ve come here plenty times before so I know they can do it is what I told her. You can tell she was a bit upset after but she continued to walk back and make them. When she finally gave me my order, as I bit into them you can see that the tenders was not cooked all the way and still a little raw. I politely just got up, and left. This is why I am writing this review. I hope they at least have a talk with her.

We were greeted and attended to immediately when we arrived. The dining area was bright and clean, with a fun, colorful decor. The beverages & condiments were on a station in the dining area for serve-yourself & refills. The food was hot and enjoyable. The fried chicken tasted very good, as well as the Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich. You have a choice of sides (I like the corn or the mashed potatoes with Louisiana-style gravy). We enjoyed our visit here.

The lady (store manager?) was extremely rude she had a very nasty attitude towards all the customers and when I was waiting for my food a young gentleman said your food was ready and i didn’t really hear him so the lady shouted in front of everyone “LADY YOUR FOOD IS READY CAN’T YOU HEAR?!” This store needs a new manager cause this is ridiculous.

I ordered to go. Family meal of classic chicken. I get home and all I see is rice instead of fries as my side. What’s more upsetting is that it was nothing but spicy chicken, and I have children. They couldn’t even eat it because of the spiciness. Ridiculous place to order from. Can’t even get an order placed online correct .

I ordered a five piece chicken tenders combo meal. The chicken was just barely warm and room temperature by the time I started eating the third tender. I couldn’t even eat the biscuit because it tasted so disgusting. Last but not least was my fountain drink which was Coca Cola that did not taste like Coca Cola. The service was terrible to top things off. What a awful ran establishment.
