Chicken was under cooked plus cold , ketchup packs were sticky and stuck together like they had been in the box for years but this is a new store . Best part of the meal was the fries then they charged me .30 for sprite that came with the combo , food tax .63, beverage tax .18.. popeyes you have really gone to the dogs, well it’s back to KFC, and Canes for me keep your cold chicken let the employees eat it.

We just moved to the area, we chose Popeyes for dinner and it was delicious, the order taker said if I wanted to wait for fresh hot crispy chicken. And I said ‘Of course”, it was worth the wait. Everything was piping hot when we brought it home. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks guys!!

This is visit number 5 to this exact location. Same order every time, spicy chicken sandwich with NO pickles. This is also the 5th time in a row they put pickles on it. also had to wait almost 15 minutes in the drive through for a single sandwich… that was not even how I ordered it. I’ll update if they manage to make it 6 time in a row on my next visit lol.

This is my go to location. I know it’s still fast food but I have had no problems with most of my orders. The one time I was missing a side the manager took care of it right away and was super friendly when I went to redeem my missing item. For fast food chicken it’s good and I usually order through my app and it’s ready and waiting when I get there. Drive through line can be a bit long sometimes, but it still moves at a decent pace. Inside is pretty clean and usually pretty empty so if you want to dine in it’s a quiet place to eat in peace.

Chicken tenders were not fresh, and for a 14 PC tender, they now give you ONLY two sauce packs. That’s 7 tenders per sauce. The guy “suggested” I could pay for additional sauce packs. No thanks, there are other chicken restaurants just down the street. I hope they make lots of $$$ on sauce as we won’t be buying chicken.

Totally horrible, the drive thru was backed up so we went inside and ordered to go. They swapped cashiers halfway through my payment process and when I received my order which was a strip meal and large nugget meal they were out of over half the sauces. And only wanted to give is 1 sauce for all the chicken. Then when getting home arrived to find out we were given the wrong meals and given (2) 2pc dark meals. We just ate the 3 dollar order and took the loss. Not worth the gas money and effort going back.

Usually i have nothing bad to say about this place but i placed an order on the app & the manager said i have to pick it up inside….. Since when do you have to pick up inside? Then when I walked inside the manager lady took everyone’s order but as soon as I get up to the cash register she walks away…??? Didn’t even acknowledge me for 5-7 mins. Another lady was waiting & tried to get one of the workers attention but she walked away too… I just wont come back here. Get home with my order & she gave me the wrong drink. Yeaaaaa im good.
