I’m pretty disappointed. Asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with Cajun Fries, BBQ sauce, and a Dr. Pepper. After ordering, the woman recording my order asked if I asked for a mild or spicy sandwich. After repeating myself, I drove to the window and had my order repeated to me. Once it reached the soda, the cashier said it was a Coke. I asked her to make sure it was Dr. Pepper. She told me to wait a minute and she ran off somewhere in the kitchen. She returned much later with my drink. After receiving my meal, we drove off. Once I was home, I opened my meal to find a Classic Chicken Sandwich (not spicy), cold Cajun Fries, watered down Dr. Pepper (to a point where I can’t even tell if it’s Dr. Pepper. If they were all out of Dr. Pepper, they could’ve just told me. I would’ve been fine), and there was no BBQ sauce in site. The food still tastes great, I just wish I got what I ordered!

This place sucked!! They charged us for 4 dipping sauces, gave us none. My order as well as my wife’s. They also completely to give me gravy for me to give any gravy for dipping the chicken into!! ??? What’s that?? A chicken place that won’t give you gravy for your chicken!?!?!?!??? Oh no! I will not be eating at this Popeye’s again!!!

The health department should come in and close this restaurant it’s 95 degrees in here! They have the poor employees and also us as customers waiting in the lobby with this kind of heat! The Health apartments sould come out here in this location ASAP.. it’s not safe for the employees and is not saved for us the customers.

I come here about once every couple of months to get their chicken sandwich. I don’t know what happened, but IT WAS TERRIBLE. I pulled into The drive thru on a Friday afternoon, around 5:15 pm on 2/17/23. As soon as I pulled up to the window they are already putting my sandwich in a bag… which tells me that it wasn’t made fresh and it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile.

Pretty disappointed with the meal & service tonight. First it was cash only then you have to wait parked up front for mild!…Got a chicken tender meal for 2, but you have to ask for 2 drinks or you only get 1, i asked for fries and was given red beans n rice, mashed potatoes we’re missing gravy, way to ruin that meal!
