I have no complaints about the speed of service because there wasn’t anyone else in line. I have a complaint about the red beans and rice that was served with both of our orders. This is ridiculous! There may have been 1.5 tablespoons of red beans and maybe one tablespoon of dried hard rice. The quality is not what it used to be and I’ve said enough about the quantity. At least the sandwich was edible.

I’ve been in the drive through line for 20 minutes and 2 cars have got their orders. I can probably go in and figure out how to cook it quicker than this.

First 2 in 1 with a Burger King I’ve seen. I was asked if I wanted regular instead of spicy tenders after I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. And ice machine was down. I will not be back.

Fast and friendly customer service with good. Did I mention tasty? Yeah, five stars fast-food services at a fraction of the price. Try it and thank me later.

Slowest Popeyes in the land! 10 minutes just to order and another 15 mins to get your food. Then you get to the counter and they inform you whatever you ordered they just sold out of. Worst experience.

Was super slow on the food, and most of the workers were just hanging out, but the food was ok when it finally came out.

They gotta be slaughtering the chickens themselves with how slow this place is. I would suggest eating elsewhere if you don’t have 20-30 minutes to wait for some chicken :/

Literally every single time we go there, I can guarantee you that they will mess something up in your order. Been going there for the past 18 months (only because of my wife), and there’s always at least one thing incorrect every time. Even when they are told to fix an issue, somehow they end up messing something else. It makes perfect sense why they ended up working in the fast food industry

Love the food, the drive through lines get pretty backed up at lunch time

It was my first time using this Popeyes instead of the one on Battalion Ave. Apparently moldy biscuits are the norm. This was shared with me by a coworker. I asked him if he had a biscuit as well and he did. Needless to say he wasn’t feeling very well afterwards. He never bothered informing them because he said they ALWAYS get something wrong. Im unsure as to why FH thought it was a smart idea to open ANOTHER Popeyes that performs at the same if not worse level of the original one. I wish they would bring Captain D’s back.
