Sheppard AFB is 2/2 on the terrible places to avoid scale. I ordered a multiple combo meal and got a small serving of fries instead of the 3 large that I ordered. They did charge us the full cost of the 3 large fries though. I don’t know what it is. Are you guys not allowed to hire competent folks? Or is this actually the best and this is it? Now I have to drive back not eat any of my meal for them to correct this mistake. As a note to everyone who sees this. When in Sheppard AFB please do not trust the person taking your order or cooking it. Once you get your item now it’s up to you to make sure they did the correct job they get paid to do.

so usually this popeyes is pretty good, and has good service. not sure what was going on today, they didn’t seem to busy. even busy is no excuse for this. i ordered five strips with side of gravy, the container of gravy had like a table spoon worth in it. of course i got my order to go today so i didn’t see it until i was back at work. poor excuse for a side.

After waiting for 40 mins (no exaggeration) they “forgot” to make our food. Then the food was cold when we did get it. Then Taco Bell gave us 4 free Cinnabon’s cause they saw us waiting. One of the Taco Bell ladies even in the back to help Popeyes.

Look, you can wait in line for 20-30 minutes, pay for the food and ‘maybe’ enjoy the meal. Or you can make it to the DFAC, eat slowly, take your time, and get back to your dorm in a timely manner.

Avoid this Popeyes. They lack a basic understanding of manners and also manage to mess up your order. Charged me for something I didn’t get. Food was somehow cold, maybe because they cooked a mountain of chicken for a lunch rush that never came.

Ordered a 3 piece platter at 7:30. Had to wait about 30 minutes in line, and an additional 15 minutes because they were somehow out of chicken. Still had to pay full price despite all the nonsense. Didn’t feel the need to pitch in anything, which I get. Finally got the chicken, checked the box to find they had only given me fries when I also ordered Mac n cheese. Lady gave me a side of Mac. Got home to discover that only 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken I waited for were in the box.

I’ve been to this popeyes twice. The first time they closed in my face even though I was waiting in line for ten minutes. The second time I was waiting in like for 45 minutes and when I finally got to order they said they only had fries and regular chicken and said they weren’t making anything else because they’re closing. They have the worst customer service. Never coming back.
