Okay so I used to work at Popeyes a long time ago and I know these workers and manager are overworked and underpaid. I got there at around 7pm is the lights were on but door was locked and then a manager came to open it shortly after. There’s a portion of the inside that’s blocked off for some reason and I wasn’t greeted until about 5 minutes after coming in. I get the lobby being locked because if there’s not enough workers then they can’t have both inside and drive through open because there’s not enough help. That being said…I got fries and 2 strawberry biscuits. Fries were good as always and the biscuits were a lil hard but still good but they put them in bags instead of a box which was a lil messy with the icing. They would’ve been BUSSIN if they were soft and the icing freshly put on. It’s not a location I would go back to just because of where it’s located for me

When you have 6-7 workers and it takes 20 minutes to get anyone of them to wait on you is pitiful!!!

Worst service ever! Always parking me to the front when there’s no one waiting behind me. Why have me wait 15 minutes in the front for? Then to get my order wrong and give small amount of food!!
