My experience didn’t go so well.. Even ordering my food online there was still a long wait because they lock the lobby doors at 8p or 8:30p.. Then I get home to these hard old Cajun fries. Popeyes should be embarrassed for letting this even get in someone’s bag.

I love Popeyes chicken however, I cannot eat the spicy. When customer places a order. Someone needs to pay attention. I have a piece of chicken that I’ll be feeding the animals. Because some idiot gave me a breast that’s spicy. Don’t expect much from fast food employees. But when the manager, puts your food together and screws up. It speaks for the entire staff. You’re lucky you got the rating you did. Additionally, I’ll get my entire oil intake for the week from two pieces of chicken. Need to learn how to drain the chicken after frying. Fries were ICE COLD too.

Food was good. No issues with food. Got exactly what I ordered. The location, specifically the drive thru needs some TLC. There is standing wanted near the speaker, which is a mecca for bugs and when trying to order the bugs wanna get some A/X in the car. It’s very annoying and the standing water smells (please fix). Otherwise visit was ok.

Horrible service & rude. The drive-thru worker was there for a check only. No customer service at all. The food was overcooked & burnt. The spicy sandwich was butchered & sloppy. Waste of food

The chicken sandwiches were refried. They even tasted like fish and not chicken. The fish sandwich was also refried. Very disappointing. Customer service was wonderful. And it was even lunch time so you figure the product would have been fresh. It wasn’t.
