This is the worst place to get a meal. First of all the dining room is usually unavailable and doors locked to prevent entrance. I had an opportunity to dine in the restaurant yesterday and had the worst experience. One employee was standing at the front cash register cussing and complaining about his hours not being submitted correctly. I was standing at the front counter and could hear a female manager yelling and arguing back and forth with an employee. The chicken was not hot or fresh. It tastes old and dry. Other customers dining in had to listen to the cussing from the employee. Very unprofessional but based on past visits, it seems to be the norm and acceptable behavior. I will never eat here again.

The manager on shift is exceptional, the cook seems to be professional and turns out good quality food, for fast food. I don’t know where you found this other clown in here but he’s not worth whatever wage he’s being paid. 129pm 6.2.23 Update, after that there was almost a 30 minute wait for my food.

The food is good and is always but the bad just outweighs the good. The wait times are always long, and the customer service is bad. Now as a someone who works with customers and knows how bad they can get. I’m usually lenient on if workers don’t have preppy attitudes. But just being downright rude is just unacceptable. Also half of the time they get your order wrong. Love the food but just please at least work on getting orders right and your customer service.

Was there Saturday May 6 at 10 am. All we wanted was 6 biscuits and a large cole slaw. Nothing was readily available. We had to pull around to wait. When nobody came out with our order after 15 minutes, I went inside and finally got our order. Horrible service. Will never go back. Be warned and prepared to wait for bad service!

Came here on 4/8/2023 at 7pm. Food was sub-par. We ordered nuggets and popcorn shrimp. It all tasted like it had been cooked several times and the grease was old. We were told at 7pm they didn’t have any of the classic chicken sandwich. We have been here several times and never have had a good experience. Waste of money
