I had high hopes for this location. I am definitely a fan of Popeyes. The food is good. The service and availability of items is the issue. I have been to this location a hand full of times at this point. The last two times the ghost pepper wings were not available. Recently the new sweet and spicy wings were not available. Both times I was told that they just got the wings in and they ate frozen. The time frame in between the visits was about a month. My spouse also complains about the nuggets not being available on a few occasions as well. I was also overcharged $14 for 8 regular wings on the day I had to choose another option since the ghost pepper wings were “frozen.” They came with 8 biscuits that I was not told about. When I asked why I was charged that way I was told it was because they could only charge for the wing and biscuit combo.This is either a poorly managed location or something is happening with the inventory. Either way this is ridiculous and not a great way to keep customers or gain new ones.

This place has 0 customer service. We placed a mobile order at least 10 minutes ahead of arrival just to avoid potential waiting. When we arrived and at the drive-through was told they hadn’t begun preparing my order and that I needed to wait for 6 minutes. They asked my to pull over to wait so that people behind could move through. Excuse me? That wasn’t the worst though. We pulled over and waited for another 10 minutes in the car but still didn’t see our food. I then walked into the store to talk to the manager, only to find this guy claiming to be the store manger could barely speak English and then showed total disrespect. Amazing! How can this kind of customer service survive? Will NEVER return.

Food is good, staff seems friendly, only issue was paying extra for a “frozen” lemonade and it being handed to be completely melted. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling them a frozen. Changed my review to 2 stars after being charged .30 per sauce.

First I walk in the kids behind the counter didn’t greet me I went ahead and asked them how their day was and how they’re doing? I get a chicken sandwich to go, and I wished I’d opened it before I hit the freeway, cuz I was on a time schedule and didn’t have time to come back. But the sandwich was so dried out, the bread was so dry and hard it’s like it had been under a heat lamp since lunch time and it was4pm when I was there. Very disappointed.

Placed an order online for two chicken sandwiches, one was not properly cooked, called to let them know and the guy that answered the phone made me drive all the way back to show him the sandwich, so I did just because I really wanted them to see it. They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Raw chicken can be real bad for you.

Man this was a horrible experience. Food was fine but the staff was 100% clueless. What I wanted wasnt available so I asked for something else but apparently they didn’t have that actually in the system to charge me for so they charged me for a sandwich which was the same price. Like I said, food was fine, but this place severely needs someone working there that actually cares. I definitely will not be back.

I was here sunday 2nd April 2023 at 7:20pm. It was raining really bad, I stopped at the drive thru and there were about 5 cars in front of me, when it got to my turn I opened my window and was asked to order so I went ahead and it was radio silent. I kept saying hello, hello but no response all this while the rain was getting in my car. A car pulled up next to me and their order was taken so I decided to drive straight to the window to order my food. They gave me my food but not the lemonade so I had to get out of my car and go in to get the lemonade. Come Monday morning I had full blown diarrhea from the food. Never again! Poor service and the food makes you sick. Terrible experience
