Placed an order at 915 on the app was at the store by 920 sat in line for 15 min behind 4 cars. When I got to the intercom I was told the didn’t have chicken. Mind you it’s 935. I seen them hand big boxes of chicken to at least two of the cars in front of me. I explained that hey I ordered on the app 15 minutes ago. Then asked did you guys not start making the food when you received the order? Was told no they don’t start making it until you show up. Like what? What’s the point in ordering. This store is less than a mile away from my house. I’ll prefer to drive to one furher away than have to deal with this lack of service. Yall really need to clean house at this location.

Natalie is the worse store manager nasty attitude. I ordered a 4pc combo with red beans rice on 8/8/2023 around 7pm thru the drive thru. Check my order I get 2 thighs 1 leg one breast. Please train them to inform customer when pieces are not available so the customer can make that call as to whether they want a refund or will accept substitions. As we all know certain pieces cost more than others. Its like Popeyes getting over on it’s customer’s charging for what they are not getting. Please teach your cooks to not handle fresh fried chicken with their bare hands and serve it to the customers. Training and cleaning is a must for this store.

I used to eat here several times a week on my lunch breaks. My husband and I would always order the special with 4 sandwiches, tenders, and a side. We’d order all sandwiches with no pickles. Sometimes, it would happen. Then they would sometimes let us order the special, and other times, they said it was an app only deal. We tried ordering on the app a few times and got frustrated with it, so we just started ordering 2 meals and 2 extra sandwiches. The chicken portions seem to be shrinking the last few times we went. The last time we visited, we went inside to order and were told only the drive thru was open. We left and haven’t been back since.

I had a very unpleasant experience I had to drive up to the window finally to try to get my order straighten out the person behind the window was not very nice and argued with me telling me I said this instead of listening to me. I was overcharged 39.91 for 3 items! I didn’t get a receipt and All my French fries were missing no biscuits and I was too far away to come back very unhappy I’m calling my bank to get a refund! Sorry guys but you need to work on customer service! I won’t ever come back!

I went through the drive-thru The service was fast, and the food was hot and fresh. “Fresh” and “Fast” is important in this review because I ordered the shrimp meal. Many places I go to that serves fast cooked shrimp usually turns out hard and dry. Not at this particular Popeyes. I keep coming back to this location because they’ve been consistent in their quality of service, and specifically the shrimp they serve. For those of you looking to order something other than chicken from Popeyes, then this review is for you!

The GM at this location Natalie montenano ( sorry for the misspelling) is very rude! She literally shut the drive through window in my face because she don’t no how to apply a certificate that my son received from school for a free kinds meals with and adult purchase. She literally said that they’re too busy to be dealing with the coupons. Poor kid at the drive through just wanted to do his job and ask the GM for help that she couldn’t provide due to lack of customer service and obviously not knowing how to work under pressure. Judging by the horrible reviews this lady location receives, Popeyes need a new GM for this location.

Horrible service! Starting off I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for almost 2 minutes saying hello 3 times before the young lady said anything. I was the only car in the drive thru. The young lady finally answered but had a terrible attitude. she wasn’t listening. I had to repeat my order 4 or 5 times. I get to the window and asked her did she fix my order which was incorrect on the screen. She said Yeah with an attitude and closed the window! Needless to say, the order was still wrong when I got it. Customer service is not a thing anymore in this world.

Husband and I came in for chicken. It was filthy with trash on the floor, counters and pop machine. The kitchen area was even worse. Water all over the floor food on the floor and prep area. Employee wiping his nose with his shirt and not washing his hands. This was so nasty. I took pictures also of the seating area. That I will share online.

Poor customer service I requested fresh chicken they declined to sell me more than a 10 pc for 6 adults and 2 kids so I had to have my brother order as well. The chicken is far from fresh and I even waited $15. They should just shut it down at this point.

Order the Surf basket. It was awful. The Shrimp were Purple. When I returned it to the store and showed the Manager. She says, “It bad because are Freezer wasn’t working.” I told her than why sell any of food. I could of got food poisoning. She did give me a refund. But why sell Spoiled food.
