Have you been to this location lately? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. We went last month after not going for a long time because of service and food. It was like an entire different place. We were greeted right away with a smiling face and they were very helpful, fast and order was done in a timely manner and at a perfect temp. So hoping it wasn’t a one time wonder we went again and this time ordered via the app to dine in. Ordering via the app was easy and when we got into the store, we went to the counter and checked in and within a few minutes we had our meal, again food was yummy and perfect temp. I’m would like to suggest to the store when checking in with the mobile order have a special place to check in, so you don’t have to stand in line, it kind of defeats the purpose of using the app, other than the in app discounts. We will be back highly recommend as along as this type of service and quality continues.

Food was good, as usual, but it’s interesting to me that there’s no kids meal, and also no changing tables in the bathrooms. We ended up ordering a family dinner plate, but at least throw in a cajun-inspired toy or something.

I ordered the flounder fish sandwich and was so excited about it. I was starving. I took 3 maybe 4 bites and realized it was raw. I took it back in (which I never do but again I was starving) and I told the lady at the counter that my sandwich was done in the middle. Another lady, with a look on her face like I just handed her bag of infected feet took the sandwich to the back and told someone else that I said it wasn’t done after I ate half of it.! That lady then said she just got full that’s why she’s bringing it back. Not true I wanted the whole thing which is what I paid for. Finally after being so embarrassed it was unreal I told them to keep it and my friend had to share her food with me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. RUDEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED.

Well popeyes chicken sandwich was my all time favorite. Very disappointed in today’s sandwich. There was more breading than chicken, and not juicy at all. Half my fries what little there was had black rotten spots. My wife’s sandwich was awesome. I’ll be back, thinking it was just an off day. Normally it’s the best out there.

The gave me some mini chicken legs and said they were gonna replace it but refused to replace it when I drove up there even after I showed them this picture the manager Justin was rude and acted like I want some free chicken… I want what I’m owed. $40 down the drain y’all go to daddy’s smackin wings or any where but Popeyes

Ordered popcorn shrimp meal with a side of macaroni and cheese (up charge for the side) the 4 oz cup was 1/2 full. Two bites and it was gone. Ordered cocktail Sauce with my shrimp and do not get it.
