I had the best fast food experience ever today. It’s Mother’s Day and there were two amazingly sweet ladies working all by themselves. They kept thanking us for our patience and were really really sweet. And the food itself was SO good! Those lovely ladies got our order perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. I literally can’t explain how much they made my day. If you two see this I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day and you get a raise for working so hard. ❤️❤️❤️

Went for lunch with my family. We ordered a family meal and I understand it take time to cook. I didn’t mind. 35 minutes later and still no food. When I went to the counter to ask, I was answered with a bad attitude and informed that drive thru and mobile orders are priority. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. For $65 I would have expected better. Got a refund and will not return.

Manager Michael was unwilling to sub biscuit for another side due to food allergy. Broken menu screens, ask for paper menu and they don’t have any. No Coke Zero. Food tastes good but having to throw away part of a $15 meal sucks. UPDATE: Watched manager drink a milkshake behind the counter, which is probably a health code violation too… ¯_(ツ)_/¯

They never get my order right even after repeating it multiple times to me. No other customers were there! Ordered two tender meals and a side of mashed potatoes, I ask if the mashed potatoes are there and they say they’re in the box. Well I get home and they’re NOT IN THE STINKING BOX nor is one of the meals a 5 piece EVEN THOUGH THEY LABELED THE BOX. The food is hit or miss flavor wise and their customer service is severely lacking. Terrible location go to a different one if you really want Popeyes.

Horrible customer service. 1. Have ordered drumsticks and thighs only (family meals), paid the “extra fee” and still somehow get wings and chicken breast on my order. 2. Ordered family meals, half mild and half regular and on multiple occasions, if there is not enough already made mild pieces, they substitute with regular instead of frying mild to complete my order. 3. Cannot believe they dare give me 8 packets of hot sauce only and refused to provide at least one per chicken.

This joint is staffed by all McJobs program workers. I think it’s suppose to be a maximum of one per shift. I love Popeyes, but they should shut this one down. Every time I come here the staff is rude and slower than the second coming of Jesus. 20-30 minutes of waiting is not your business model. Fire them all and poach some staff from kfc or perhaps those people that weed eat the median on 412.

It takes 30-40 minutes to get my food, so I rarely eat here. Customer service in the drive thru is also terrible! The lady is EXTREMELY rude EVERY time. She clearly hates life, her job, and people. I don’t understand how she still has a job there. I’ve never met someone who talks to people the way she does. It’s appalling! Her harsh tone has us all shocked, especially my children!

Literally the WORST service. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes without a single car moving, we go inside there are 5 people working and all of them are just standing around complaining about how “busy” they are when truthfully they weren’t that busy there were 5 cars in the drive thru and NO ONE inside. I had to get tenders which was fine for our family meal but because they were out of the bone in chicken and I mean I’m like come on it the ONLY thing you serve I understand running out cause your busy but I was here a hour before this before deciding to go to Walmart first and it wasn’t busy and wasn’t busy when I came to get food, it’s called better time management. You know it’s dinner time you should have chicken cooked and continue to have it cooking through the dinner rush. Then not one single one of the people standing around could help me cause they have new computers and they aren’t trained on them so I had to wait on the one person doing drive thru to to take our order. By far the worst experience and if I could give negative stars I would. They need to shut down till they can figure out there stuff or get people who actually want to work.

Food was good, service was TERRIBLE!! We waiting forever for two chicken sandwiches and there was only two other people in the restaurant. When we finally got out order, I went and asked for ranch. The lady at the counter said I could only have one. I asked if I could have one for me, and one for my boyfriend. She said that would be extra. She then opens the fridge got the ranch out, set it on the counter and went and did something else. I had to wait 5 minutes before another employee came and asked what I needed. I told him I needed ranch he then proceeded to give me the ranch she had set out.

Been to this location three separate times to dine in the lobby. All three times the lobby has been closed. Looks like Popeye’s doesn’t want people to dine in their lobby. My family will not be back to the Siloam Springs location.
