I called from Hot Springs and placed my order so I could drive thru on my one hour drive home from the hospital. I realize they were closing in 45 minutes and I also realize the guy didn’t know I’d had devastating news but I still didn’t need him to question me TWICE about if I could get there on time after I’d told him I would be. I got to the drive through 10 minutes earlier than promised, thinking I could get the food I’d ordered 30 minutes before, had to wait behind two cars to even get to the speaker to let them know I was there, told her I’d called in an order, she said pull up but there was 4 cars ahead of me besides the one AT the pick up window and the one that had “pulled up a little” past the window. I sat there for another 15 minutes, and STILL hadn’t made it to the pmt window. So I CALLED and explained my order should be ready, could I just come to the door, pay up, and get my food as I was in a hurry and that’s why I’d called it in. He asked if I was in line and when I said I was, but there were still 4 cars ahead of me, he said THEY’D HAVE MY ORDER READY WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW…’ Another 20 minutes later!!!GRRRR In their favor, their chicken tenders were noticeably larger than the ones from the Popeyes in Hot Springs.

Nine times of 10, employees don’t know chicken parts. I always want a breast and a thigh. I might get a breast or a wing. Might get a thigh and a leg. I understand a mistake every once in a while. But it happens often . Thank you for the survey. Love my chicken from Popeye’s.

Ok so I don’t know who they hire but they need background checks bc we went tonight and they didn’t have what we wanted and so my mom had said hold on let’s back track a min bc we were gonna order smth else and another chick chimes in and said you don’t have to have an attitude and so we drove off but that is not how you treat people and customer service is important

The chicken sandwich was not edible. The center of the chicken was almost raw. I couldn’t bite thru it. This keeps happening, even the chicken tenders were like biting into a piece of raw chicken. I like Popeyes chicken but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Still not happy with the Malvern location!!! The app still isn’t working for this location and after having to wait 17 minutes for my chicken tenders to be cooked about a 1/4th of the 5 tenders were gristle, but I guess that’s better than raw like last time!!

Only one chicken strip was edible, the other 2 were raw and dripping with grease.. so chewy I couldn’t even bite into it bc it wasn’t cooked thoroughly!! Got maybe 7 French fries and they were stale and cold!!! The person taking orders on drive through speaker was very rude.. and you could hear her being rude to other employees in the background. All though the young man who took my money and gave me my food was very polite and pleasant! Yall are going to give someone salmonella!! Do not recommend this popeyes.. and will never return! Thanks!!
