I use the app to order two 6 piece Ghost Pepper Wings from the store on Albert Pike. I have been told before they take 6 minutes to cook so I got to restaurant 10 after placing order. There were no cars in drive through in front of me. I was told to come to window, where a woman in a manager shirt proceeded to tell me to park. I asked why because I ordered on the app and she replied they don’t know there’s an app order until we get to there and tell them. I said that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead on an app. She just shrugged saying they had nothing to do with the app. I parked and 15 minutes later I received order. I asked what took so long when it only takes 6 minutes to cook and there’s only been two other cars to go through drive-thru and the parking lot is pretty. The girl said I don’t know I was just asked to bring you this. When we opened the box at home, found we only got 10 wings, not the 12 we paid for. Just out of curiosity, I called one of the other Popeyes in town and they said they are supposed to be checking for online orders or app orders every few minutes. The Albert Pike store is just terrible compared to the other ones in town.

I won’t bore you with details; however, suffice it to say that Ms. Stephanie (Manager) made a poor experience during my last visit into reconsidering being a continued patron. Her customer service skills should be emulated by other branch managers. She was responsive to my concerns, genuinely cared and willing to right a wrong. It was a breath of fresh air to meet her, it was obvious she believed in and understood the true meaning of customer service. Thank you Ms Stephanie for your assistance and valuable time.

The customer service was great. The manager was on point and the Family meal deal was filled with deliciousness for good price. Will be stopping in again.

We waited exactly 20 minutes for our “fast” food. Several other people had to wait as well. Once we got our food it was even less of an amount of shrimp and fries in the basket than usual. Even when we did get our tray I had to turn back around to get the Biscuits that went with our meals. They did not appear short-handed whatsoever, as there were atleast 6 workers laughing and having a good-ole time in the kitchen.

Service sucks went thru the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times. Then, i had to pull up into a parking spot and wait for around 30 minutes for a couple of chicken tenders. ridiculous then the girl comes out and askes me what I had. Should have just got my money back. Won’t be coming back

The tenders were only 2 inches long. The shrimp was cooked so long they couldn’t be eaten and the employees had an attitude. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

The worst dry over cooked chicken biscuits were not prepef right or something taste m ot cooked thoughly red bean and rice was n o red bean more less all rice..I’ve ever ate probably ruin me eating at Popeyes ever again. Badd thing is I payed 40 .00 for this meal I wouldn’t give to my dog or cat.
