Do better. The staff working with no gloves. Not all staff was wearing hairnets. The chicken was half cooked and not drained properly. The drive through line was a long wait time. The lady at the drive through window can do better in customer service and there was a young lady at the counter that has a nasty attitude with some customer. Winnsboro is small but a great town but let’s step up. You all are a reflect the company and your community. I love eating at this location but last night was my first horrible experience. So shine people like i know you all can. Be blessed and we will see you all on our next trip to Winnsboro.

Worst experience we have had at any Popeyes throughout the country!!! Went through the drive thru was told to pull to the side and wait…waited 30 mins..went inside to see what’s taking so long..our food was sitting there..INCORRECTLY packaged. The employees aside from one VERY nice gentleman were very rude and argumentative about an order that was sitting right in front of them. The manager lady was absolutely NO help she walked by at least 3x. We spent over $70 and still came home to missing items. The picture is how they packed our 2 kids meal and 2 combos of 12 nuggets each! Mostly bread crumbs!! A refund should be given!!

Customer Service is absolutely AWFUL NEVER EVER get a THANK YOU??NEVER EVER get a SMILE??? Get asked what kind of dipping sauce you want however, most of the time it’s not in the order. The so called Hostess with the initials DT finally hands me my order with her BACK TURNED to me??? What the what. Awful, feels like the consumer is bothering them and it is insulting!!!

My son came to the drive through on April 4 th at 9:30 . He gave the employee $40 and his change was supposed to be 19.04 . I got $9.04. I was shorted $10 and I have my receipt showing the change. I am going to go there tomorrow with my receipt and the change. I am hoping that they give me my $10

I went to the drive thru and asked for a 2 can dine. I was told it is only valid with a coupon. They lady was super sweet and said if you get the app you can get a coupon code on there. Thanks for helping me save.some money.
