I was picking up for doordash. I had to pick up two orders. I walked in and nobody acknowledged I was there. When I get to the front counter I tell her I’m there for pickups. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on these orders. Finally i got up to the manager and I asked how much longer I was having to wait on these orders. She looked at me and didn’t say anything and walked away I waited another five minutes and finally I just cancelled the order.

They never have any of the promotional items. The speaker in the drive thru hasn’t worked for months. Then when you pull up to the window they look at you crazy. Everyone including the manager has the worst attitude ever. The food is never hot. They also stop selling certain items at 9:30 every night.

Passing through from Florida headed back to Texas. We stopped to grab some of the best chicken in the world. But before I ordered through drive thru, my husband and I needed to go in and use the restroom. The inside was loud with a lot of playing. When we got back to the car to order our food the drive thru speaker didn’t work so I had to remember our order and ordered at the window. When I made it to the window to place our order they were out of spicy chicken (no biggie). We had to wait about 15 minutes for some. Then after we paid for our order while waiting, they came to me and said they were out of beans and rice. However, we were still able to get 3 smalls instead of 1 small and 1 large.

The best service I have ever received from any fast food chain.The food was amazing,hot ,fresh and fantastic.We were driving home from vacation back to Tx and had to definitely get Popeyes in Louisiana and it did NOT disappoint.

This was the surf and turf combo. Was at work but went ahead and forked the money for delivery since I had no lunch. I got these little hard overcooked shrimp. Was also supposed to be two spicy tenders on side. They are barely the full size of tenders. They are shriveled, old and hard. Total and complete waste of money.

Sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker, drove around and was told the bell never rang, asked if I could place my order was told no. Have to either drive back around or go inside. Why drive back around if the bell isn’t working? Needless to say, I left. Tired of entitled employees with no customer service skills.
