The location I went to but Sherwood near the I-12 ramp. Was the absolute worst. They didn’t give me a receipt, got my food order completely wrong, and then proceeded to forget about fixing it. The manager came and got my order correct. No other associate in that seem like they knew or cared about what they were doing. There is receipt paper everywhere coming out of the machine. It Help me understand why I didn’t get a receipt. Last but definitely not least. It was the most disgusting Popeyes I’ve ever went in in my life ..the walls were not clean. The floors are very filthy. I’ve been in places that have more traffic than they did at times and it was immaculate. I will never go to this Popeye’s again.

Popeyes has the best fried chicken & biscuits that I’ve ever tasted. The sides are great too. The food is hot when you receive it and it’s always delicious.

This was probably one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to not only did they do the thing where they make you roll forward or stop before you get to the windows so that it doesn’t start whatever timer they use but they had a car in front me parked behind and then we sat there for 27 minutes waiting on our food after I started timing it there was little to no common courtesy at all no ketchup was handed out only two napkins which if anyone has ever eaten Popeyes they know one person needs more than two napkins let alone two people out of two of the drinks that we wanted the fries were old and stale and barely warm my advice is there several other Popeyes around this area go to one of them especially the one on Government Street that one is fantastic

Besides the attitude of of a few employees the food and place is amazing. Just need more workers I guess because some of them looks and acts exhausted. But I love that chicken from Popeyes

This place was hot. The manager was trying to direct people working, that did not seem to know or care about the business. The chicken was greasy, and the crust was soggy which seemed to indicate the oil not hot enough and too much batter. Probably will not go to this place again.

Food is ok, but the guys on night shifts are extremely slow, took 45 min for me to get my order, they do the timer trick of making people wait before they get to the window so they can be slow. That doesn’t happen on the morning shifts but corporate should be checking that.

This is by far the worst place to eat, I just can’t make this up. I went here and waited over 30 minutes in the drive up line to only receive old food. Who want to wait in a line for 30+ minutes for old food. On top of that you can see the clowns playing around in the building instead of working. Who are the managers here, can’t be any!! Horrible service is repetitive in BR especially in this section of Sherwood!!

Depends on location. Some get it right, if you’re in Lafayette, la , they are nice but do t always get it right. The one in Hammond I stopped at didn’t really know what they had but got it right
