Everything previously said is true. Sometimes I come here and the food and customer service is spot on. Sometimes it’s the opposite. The usual lady I see she is often nice and fast. I’m not sure who was at the window but I will admit her tone of voice never changed to an attitude but I don’t know what was going on today. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and I was told she’ll be right with me then only when I said hello I was told that again. No common courtesy of I apologize were having a bit of a rush… etc…

Great experience! There was an 8 minute wait for nuggets the order taker informed us at the mic before driving forward. There was an error on the receipt and they fix the order and gave us complimentary food with our order. The man and rest of staff was very nice. Best experience at Popeyes

Restaurant was just opening and I still received hard chicken . Requested side condiments, which was blackened ranch sauce. The sauce had mold in it. The whole meal was just a waste of my money. Instead of complaining, I just will never return ever again.

I feel like so long as they keep Ada, along with a few others working there, the business won’t get better. They have nasty attitudes towards some customers. Ada, when on her many binges of ‘jumping the register’, she will tell customers that they are out of receipt paper when they ask for their receipts. That’s when she’s stealing from the business. Not to mention when she steals from the customers by short changing them. She even steals cases of food and things directly from the business.

Oh my, I just ordered the “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” and let me tell you, no other chicken sandwich that I have had is even close. The bun is just a bit sweet, it is not very noticeable and it is quite soft. The sauce that they added to the sandwich is a great compliment, it is a bit creamy and quite flavorful. The pickles are ample size, crunchy and equally complimentary. Now for the main attraction, the chicken, oh the crunchy, spicy, juicy warm chicken. This is breast meat that is juicy with a very nice crunchy coating of breading on it. The chicken is about 1.5 inches at the thickest point and tapers down to one inch. WoW, the sandwich is really really good, this is not a hype story, it is real!

Window lady always rude. They upsize order every time without asking if you want it upsized and never ever give a receipt. Every time I ask for a receipt I’m told the machine didn’t print it or it’s out of paper etc. giving customers their receipts should be a standard practice.

I picked up my husband from work and decided to stop here on the way home! We waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru! About 3 other cars left because of the wait! Finally I ordered and requested 2 breast in the 5 piece meal I ordered! Get home and open the box to only one breast. And the chicken didn’t look too good! Looked as if the grease needed to be changed. And the pieces were kinda raggedy looking. I’m posting a picture of one of the thighs which was the worst looking piece!
