Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Kitchen area is filthy, workers and manager were seen taking out trash without gloves then fixing customer orders. Wait time was ridiculous and the staff was extremely rude. The manager and cashier both argued in front of customers. My children had to witness the extremely rude staff as they yelled at me for asking how much longer before they took our order. We stopped in for a quick bite While traveling and were put hours behind schedule visiting this “fast food” establishment. I will be reaching out to corporate and verifying that something is done about this location. Hands down the worst experience ever! I would rate 0 if I could.

This location needs help period last Friday they had me at the speaker 10 minutes before they took my order mind you not many people were in line. They are very slow always are busy because they so slow. I wish I could give no stars because that day I order chicken tenders they were not even fully cooked my skin on the tenders were soft. And they were out of sweet tea with bad service.

The staff for so lazy that they don’t stock napkins there’s no garbage cans out side They make everything impossible no soap in the bathrooms . The place is filthy and they keep the amenities to almost nothing so that you can’t create more of a mess . I’ve seen this approach to management sometimes together but this is off of route 95 a lot of tourists. I will say one thing the gravy on the mashed potatoes was amazing I think they jacked it up . You can tell the chicken had been cooked several hours earlier it had almost like a petrified effect.

I have been sitting in line for 30 min. This has got to be the slowest Popeyes EVER! Very rude. Finally just placed my order, the lady kept saying “that all”??. Yes mam that’s all. “Pull up”. No manners. No professionalism. Sure glad I’m not on my lunch break because I would be screwed.

This place has the WORST customer service ever. We waited A HALF HOUR in total for some food. All employees were rude and watched a girl pick her ear and put the bags together. Also saw an employee BAREFOOT in their nasty bathroom. Food was decent though.

Every time I come here there is always a line at the drive thru…. Instead of them letting us know what the wait is, they stay quiet and let us sit here….. I’m pretty sure the problem is that they never have chicken ready to go…. This store really needs to do better smh……. They literally make the lines long because they never have chicken… Now when we finally get our chicken it is hot enough for me to sue Popeyes for getting burned lol
