I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a complimentary 6” long hair hanging between the chicken and bottom bun. The one star is for the fries which I wouldn’t have eaten if I would have seen the Sandwich first. I wont be going back to this location.

Third in line to order. Took 15 min to get where I could place order. 30 min wait for order when told 15 min wait. Total 45 min wait way to long. You don’t start frying at 5 pm for dinner orders. Several 5-10 costumers left the line before placing order.

I don’t even know where to start. I ordered on the app and put my arrival time in 30mins. I was there in 35 and my food wasn’t ready. Understandable if they were busy, but they weren’t. I had to tell them what I ordered because evidently my order disappeared into thin air. I got home and started opening the bag… my 3 extra biscuits were sitting in the bottom left of the bag because they obviously fell out of the little piece of paper they were wrapped in . I opened the potatoes and it was beyond ridiculous… it was literally half of a scoop in my small order and my large had maybe 2 teaspoons of gravy. The chicken tenders were huge and I was like okay, that makes up for it… until I bit into one. It was all super hard batter and fatty meat inside. And you can’t ever contact any type of customer service. The only thing in the whole order that was correct was the popcorn shrimp. I’m beyond aggravated and the fact that I spent $35 including what I added at the window, just makes it even worse. Never going back! Even though I know the individual franchises don’t care, I’m sure someone higher up will.

Chicken had too much batter. Some of it was over fried. I couldn’t enjoy my favorite Popeyes chicken in Louisiana. Savannah Popeyes taste better now.

Me and My Family went here at 9:30 pm on Thursday Placed our oder which was 2 meals with the drinks well we got to the window they gave us our drinks and the bag with the 2 boxes in it which I assumed was our meals well we got all the way home to eat and we realized that they gave us 1 meal and the other box was just filled with Biscuits so I called 3 times with no answer on any of the calls I made so we put everything back In the bag and go all the way back to Abbeville from Delcambre to get the order corrected the guy at the window was rude saying I’m not touching anything yall have touched keep them ideams and he asked several times what was it we were missing it’s like he had no understanding of what was going on well a manager finally came and fixed our order just from experience make sure that you check your orders before leaving parking lot

Never will I go to this Abbeville place again I don’t mind the high prices but the slop they are severing is outrageous dry rice dry chicken won’t miss miss it if it closes today Maurice is a different story with all the complaints nothing is done

I went there yesterday and it was horrible. I ordered 2-3 PC with rice dressing and coleslaw. The total was $27. When I got home I had 2-2 PC, (missing 1 ), coleslaw and no rice dressing. When I checked my receipt, I was charged for everything I ordered and was missing half of the order. While I was sitting at the window, I was listening to the girl take another order and you could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there. Her attitude and facial expressions were just terrible. I know I should have gone back so that they could make my order right but I didn’t trust doing that because God know what they would have done to my food. I can tell you that it will be a very long time before I go back there. People if you hate your job that much and can’t take pride in your work please move on.

Well we can mark this location off the list. This is the 3rd time we have gotten undercooked chicken. If all you sell is chicken, you should be pretty good and cooking it. Sunday the chicken strips were undercooked and today got 3 chicken sandwiches that were pink and oh so juicy in the middle. Nope, not for me.
