Ordered spicy blackened chicken sandwich, corrected the cashier when she repeated the order back to me and she said classic, and not only did I get the wrong sandwich, but it was rung up wrong, and didn’t bring my drink out to me after a 7 minute wait. I threw it away and went to eat elsewhere. This is the second time y’all got it wrong, and there won’t be an opportunity for a third. Please do better.

Have you heard about a buffet for fried chicken restaurants? There, at 3500 Pinhook Road, lies the last remaining Popeyes buffet. For just $9 (less than the price of a combo meal at some locations), you can eat all the chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuits you want. Yeah, you heard me right. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, they stopped servicing and have not opened yet! Popeyes is always my favorite type of fried chicken, also served fried chicken sandwiches. they have a variety of menus. They have great, friendly employees every time I went. The chicken and the sides were hot and just right. I loved my experience and I will be visiting again…

Worst experience at popeyes ever . I ordered my food with a frozen strawberry lemonade. the drive thru woman use the last 2 drops of strawberry purée instead of getting a new box and tried to had it to me while it was literally over flowing out of the cup . instead of trying to wipe the cup off she poured the excess on the ground in-front of me. when i asked for napkins she quickly handed me my food with no sauce and no napkins and closed the window. i will never return to this popeyes location .

The food was old , we arrived at 8:00 p.m. and as you can tell, our sides were made in the early AM hours and still served to us , we are a sports family With no time to cook as we are always on the go ,we eat out 4 times A Week minimum ,popeye’s being one of our favorite places we’ve never had this kind of experience I spent $27 on a meal we were unable to eat ,multiple people were complaining about the food also ,the crew were unorganized and yelling at each other ,we will never visit this location again ,very unhappy with the service
