I usually don’t even give Popeyes a chance anymore because it is always disappointin. This experience was no different unfortunately as ALWAYS the chicken is cold and old. The sides are never ever full. Sadly the red beans and rice was 85% rice 15% beans, legit only had less than a ¼ container of actual beans, the rest was rice. My small side of coleslaw looked like it was dish in it with a heaped tablespoon so it was only halfway full,I’m not even kiddin. I was hopin it was gonna be different since it’s been at least 6 months (prolly longer) since we ate Popeyes and beings this was a different one in a different parish an a different town we thought let’s give it a go. I gave it 2 stars for one reason only. The employees were very nice, helpful, friendly, and even asked if I needed any sauces or ketchup even tho I didn’t get tenders or fries. We got a 12 piece family meal. The lady that helped us was the sweetest. Just Im not happy with spendin $40± for dinner for 5 and we only get a small dallop of each side and cold, old chicken. We went around 8:15pm on a Saturday night. I can’t recommend this place knowin how my experiences are every single time. Popeyes has great potential tho!!! If it’s fresh chicken, the side containers are filled properly and accordingly then it does make for a great dinner. It’s a toss of a coin I guess ‍♀️

5 stars for Aimee at the window. She is always in a great mood with a smile and double checking to make sure I have everything I ordered. I wish she was always in the window. You rock Aimee!

Stopped at this location 2/19/23 at about 11am. The staff was so friendly, the order was ready quickly and correctly. This was an unexpected experience bc most popeyes service is awful. Not here though. Very impressed. Thank you!

This is the worst ran restaurant in the history or ‘fast food’, it honestly needs to be taken out of the category of such. I made my order on my app, which is supposed to mean it’s going to be ready when you get there, not here. Never has been. I’ve dealt with this for over a year now and I’m just now making my decision to leave this 1 star. I would leave 0 if it were an option. The workers were cussing and flipping off the customers who were disgruntled at the fact that they had to wait a ridiculous amount time for their food. Why have the order ahead option if it is NEVER done so correctly. I can honestly say it’s never been ready when ordered ahead with the app. They actually waved everyone who pulled in to the restaurant behind me away.

Line usually moves at a decent pace. Lobby seems to be closed frequently. Food is always great! Service needs a lot of work on their people skills.

Mobile order is never ready within 30 minutes, drive thru workers are rude, people who go through the drive thru always get their orders before me who ordered about 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant and has been waiting for 10-20 minutes. The chicken sometimes has a weird texture and my sauce is never put in the bag.

Why would you close your lobby before ,during, and after lunch? They have a different reason everything you ask.
