Asked for 2, 3piece chicken thighs was told we weren’t allowed to order more than 3 at a time. Asked for root beer which was on the menu and was told they don’t carry that – when we mentioning that is should take it off of the menu then the rude lady excuse me what do you mean and we explained if they don’t carry root beer then it shouldn’t be on the menu. Management definitely needs to step in and work on customer service training because it is definitely unexceptional the 2 different times we have visited after moving here 2 weeks ago. I ordered red beans as rice as a side with my 3 piece thigh and there was only 6 beans in the rice and almost nothing else see photo for reference.

As always the food is delicious. The staff could use an additude adjustment. I placed my order online. I do this regularly. I wait 20+ minutes in line to get to the microphone to order. The person working the car line asked for my order. I told them I had an online order. She answered rudely that I needed to go inside. I told her I’d rather not and I always pickup my order in the car line. She again, rather rudely said you can take care of that inside. So I drove around and reached the window. I told the person at the window that I had an online order and who I was. The other person with the headset said ugh I told you to come inside. I replied look I never have to go inside to get my order. I don’t understand why I need to do so today. When again it was ordered online. Even if I had ordered at the microphone, wouldn’t it had been the same? Can they not just pull the receipt and fill my order?? She proceeds to tell me that they are short handed. So if you are short handed, and it’d be easier for me to go in and get my order, why not politely say that in out first interaction? I would’ve went in. But no she was rude, and very ugly about the situation. Also, there were a couple of employees just standing around and not doing anything, so how short staffed were they?? Both employees that I interacted with, the one at the window and the one w the head set on, were very rude. I wish I could’ve seen their name tags, bc I sure would let y’all know who they are. There was another way to handle the entire situation. So on top of all that, I ended up being there waiting on my order for 45 minutes. That’s ridiculous. Then they had my order wrong. There were no red beans and they gave us the wrong sauce.
