There’s a RUDE girl named JESSICA. I ordered a large red beans and rice with extra rice for my son. Received the order and it was not extra rice. I politely requested for more rice and JESSICA replied back rudely with an attitude, shaking her head, stating its more rice because I fixed it myself. At that point, my husband responded to Jessica — there’s no need for you to talk to us with an attitude and just because you did it doesn’t mean you did it right. I thought customer who pays for the food are correct. This is for management, hire people who wants the job not because they need a job. Jessica the person at the window, your rudeness behavior will not get you far. You really made yourself look DUMB.

Popeyes classic chicken sandwich is better than any other fast food restaurant around. It deserves 5 stars. But, because I’m reviewing this particular location, I gotta give it 3. I ALWAYS have to wait forever to get my order at this location and a couple of their employees are so rude, they shouldn’t be allowed to work around customers! On this last trip, I was asked to pull forward to wait on 1 chicken sandwich, but the time I had to wait went way beyond the time it takes to fry a filet and throw it on a bun. The rude cashier conveniently forgot I was waiting.

This store houses one of the greatest employees on the planet named JESSICA! Upon entering the facility, I was a slight bit confused on why you would want your eyes to pop out. But I continued to plow in valiantly. When I entered the establishment (which smelled like the toes of Donald Trump), I was at a total loss on what to order! I finally approached JESSICA and begged her for assistance. She refused. How kind (because i don’t value anyone’s opinion other than mine own)! I continued to order 12 signature sammie’s! They were better than I could have EVER imagined! I think JESSICA had a magic touch!

Literally the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The two young women of color at the front were extremely rude taking our order in the drive thru after they had false advertising of an item on the front of their restaurant, their microphone was not working properly (so they couldn’t hear all of the order), when we get to the window they visibly have an attitude with the way we were talking because we had to speak loudly as the microphone wasn’t working, and our order was completely messed up, didn’t receive the right items having missed an ENTIRE order of chicken. This Popeyes should be taken down and decommissioned. Disgrace to Louisiana.

these are the rudest drive through people i’ve come across!! she started off with an attitude at the window, no greeting just said “before you even order im telling you we only have chicken & sides.” my friend and i were still polite and she continued her order while i did a mobile order. we get to the window and i ask them if they have the chicken sandwhich, since she never clarified what chicken they have. she said no. then i asked if they had chicken tenders, she said no. THEN i asked what kind of chicken do y’all have? she said “regular chicken.” that still doesn’t tell me what kind of chicken they have. they give me fries instead of the red beans i ordered. i politely said “this is supposed to be red beans, not fries.” she looks at me crazy and says with an attitude “baby this says fries” and i said “well on the app i picked red beans” she gets the manager and the manager is rude as well and hands me the receipt. the receipt DID say fries but i picked red beans. i get mistakes happen because i work in the food business so i was never rude about it but they have nothing but attitude there!!! probably the same girl everyone is talking about being rude in the rest of these reviews.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a popeye’s chicken very disappointed. Wife placed order through app I walked in front door instead of drive thru figured it would be easier on staff and not tie up their window, after waiting a minute at counter drive thru worker approaches me and tells me someone will help me in a minute after waiting a couple of minutes I watch same employee steal some fries for herself then reproach me telling me now counter is closed if I want to order I have to go through drive in I let her know the order was already placed and she is adamant that I need to go through drive thru, I go through drive thur tell her the name of order at box she doesn’t respond I ask if I should pull up and she angrily says she already told me to, I get to window she asks me name of order again meaning she wasn’t listening to begin with she tells me to pull up and wait for order since my wife placed order I was not sure what I was getting but turn out they forgot the biscuits my daughter ordered a regular chicken sandwich got a super spicy one she couldn’t eat it to much sauce on it the chicken is dry like it’s been in the heat lamp for hours waste of an app if it doesn’t save time waste of a store if employees do not want to work for their money never eating there again. To be clear at no time was I rude or disrespectful to anyone working there but really disappointed
