I have to say I am highly disappointed in the service at this location. First, I place an order that is currently advertised both online and in store, and am told they no longer offer it. Second, I ordered coleslaw…out, ok then Mac and Cheese…out…all while being talked to like a child by someone whom I could only assume was barely over 18. On top of it all, what I finally could and did order…they still screwed up…but at least it was good.

Service was slow (one person in front of us), order taken incorrectly, items left off when served, manager annoyed when asked for ketchup, and something slick on floor that nearly caused me to fall. Terrible experience and we’ll avoid Popeyes for the foreseeable future.

Went to the Cut Off ,La location store #2355 I’ve never been so disappointed with Popeyes. Got a family 8 pc box dinner and also got a Lg Mac n cheese plus a sm coleslaw to go with it for a total of $35.12. Got home and opened the box , the thighs were no bigger than the wings and the Mac n cheese looked left over from earlier during the day. The Mac n cheese usually is very creamy and cheesey. Had I not been tired and starving I would have taken it back asked for a refund and taken my business else where. Next time I will thoroughly check my order before I leave the parking lot. I really love Popeyes but if this continues they will never get my business again.

Why does this place of business say that they are open, when they don’t answer their phone and why is this restaurant on ASAP, AKA Waitr if you can’t even get your order to go through because it’s saying that this restaurant is currently not online? How do they expect to get business from customers that want to order and have it delivered but they didn’t get their ASAP online? It’s ridiculous how many hoops people gotta jump through just to get food. SMDH!

Went for my lunch break to get some Popeyes and had to sit there for 20 minutes and still all I got told was welcome to Popeyes I’ll be with you in a minute so like I said sat there for 20 minutes and wind it up having to leave and go get my lunch somewhere else what great customer service!!! Worst Popeyes ever will never go there again
