I will drive within a 60 mile radius when I’m taking my niece and nephew to eat because we are tired of terrible service serving yesterday’s food. We found this Popeyes that is 5 stars in our eyes. Great service, very good food and constantly cleaned. Our last experience was so great that my nephew asked if we should tip our host so I promised I would with a well deserved review. Pulled through this Popeyes today. There wasn’t any other cars in line. Came in through the Expressway side and was not able to access the order speaker. Since there were not any other vehicles in line I pulled to the drive up window. The woman at the window opened the window and very rudely said you are not ordering at this window. Before I could tell her anything she shut the window in my face and locked it. We love Popeyes and are very good customers Never in all my years have I experienced such rudeness at a Popeyes. I hope someone in management will read this and address this problem. Thanks

I purchased a chicken sandwich through the drive thru , and when I took my sandwich out of the bag , the bread was so soggy that the sandwich had fallen apart. Even the pickles were at the bottom of the bag . So disgusting, I was unable to eat it .

Sides are good. But I can’t seem to get fresh chicken. Go eat in the morning, seems like leftovers from the previous night. Go mid day and it’s the same. Idk guess I wi t retune here. Would prefer General DeGaulle location but their always super busy (which is a good thing) sure the chicken is always fresh there. I’ll just wait in that line from now on.

This location on west bank expwy at Lafayette seem to have staff with bad attitudes everytime I go there whomever is at the window have such a nasty attitude and order is almost always wrong I try not to go too often but sometimes it’s just I’m a pinch and last minute choise

Stuck in drive-through line for half an hour waiting for 12 piece family meal…finally got order with no apology or explanation. Got home to find large side missing and chicken undercooked and flavorless. $38.00 for the worst service, getting ripped off for at least $3.00 and the worst chicken. The chicken from the local grocery store deli is better than Popeyes now…I grew up loving eating Popeyes. Such a shame that the food quality and service has completely fallen apart. 1401 Lafayette St

Typical popeyes with a slow drive through. Service is sub optimal and price is a little high. Normally fast food is decently, That may not necessarily be the case here. I still like the red beans and its usually the better then most places. Any c+ could be better with better and faster service
