The staff had rap music playing so loud in the kitchen that I could not hear the person taking my order. It was very frustrating. What made it worse, the music from the kitchen was spewing profanities in a family restaurant. The music from the kitchen was playing louder than the music piped into the lobby. Thankfully, we dined in despite the ridiculous music because my order was wrong. No surprise considering the loud music and the fact that the employees were goofing off. The tables were cleared but none of them had been wiped down. With all of the employees just standing around, someone could have taken care of this. At least the food was hot although the biscuits were overbaked. And to top off the visit, the bathroom was out of order so no washing hands at all before or after the meal. I don’t know what the executives and managers of Popeyes are thinking. This experience is not the exception, but the rule. I am not going back.

I love to give 5 stars but I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks during the night. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve dealt with attitudes and pouting from children. When adults work they don’t react like these children do. They answer the drive thru with an attitude or just completely dry. I would ask who’s in there like that. Apparently, they need to be sent home for treating customers aka strangers like that. This is a business and should be treated as such. Tonight I asked for a 10 pcs and received 9 plus a foreign piece with cold dirty rice. I think me spending my hard earned money here has ran its course. I think it’s time for the store manager and all of the above to get off their butts and drop in every once in a while. It’s time to get this place right. The day shift is always on their game and doesn’t play.
