The thing that the drive through customer consistently deals with here is the having to wait in the street in your vehicle because there is very limited drive through space from the street but you already know that going to this particular location. I arrived to the drive through line and they were slammed, but I noticed that the line was moving briskly even though they were super busy. The greeter taking the drive through orders was very polite and accommodating. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a smile which was refreshing and unexpected due to how busy they were. I was so hungry that i pulled aside in the parking lot and ate my food. The best Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Everything was hot and delicious. When it comes to fast food, you can almost bet that something in your order will be incorrect or you will probably deal with a bad attitude at the window. My experience was so nice that I walked inside and spoke to the manager, a tall young lady with glasses. I explained that l thought they were doing a great job and to keep up the great work as it did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated. I see some one star reviews, but the team on staff at the time that i went was great and the manager is definitely a good team leader with plenty of potential and the cooks were on point. I truly hope the owner takes notice! Thank you for the great experience and I will be back!

This location is usually one of the better ones. Not this particular day. The drive-thru was moving very slowly, and the employees were nonchalant about the quality of service. It seemed that there might of been too many employees on duty because they were doing more socializing than paying attention.

Door was closed for a TAKE-OUT order. App charged me $6 extra to avoid the drive-thru and I had to go through it anyway. Then REFUSED to refund the $6 extra dollars I paid to avoid the drive-thru cuz “we ain’t got no crew.” Not my problem.

It took 45 minutes to get served through the drive-through window. I saw two cars get out of line. Because it was taking too long. I wonder if this is like this at other Popeyes. This restaurant always has long lines and I believe it’s because the service is very, very slow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Yesterday evening I ordered a 20 piece family meal and a 2 piece strawberry biscuit via DoorDash, which came out to just under $50 with tip and fees. My wait time was quoted about 15-20 minutes, no big deal. I noticed, however that my order had changed hands 3 times because the store was making the drivers wait. I understand if the store is busy and these drivers have things to do, but waiting almost an hour is ridiculous. I then received a text from my Dasher that the restaurant told them to cancel my order with no explanation as to why. When I called the store, it took me 4 tries to actually get someone to answer; the lady who did answer immediately had an attitude and I politely as possible tried asking her about my order. She claimed the dasher left because they didn’t want to wait, but I’m pretty sure it was not true as I just spoke with the dasher. I asked if I could just come pick it up since I’ve waited this long already and she rudely came back at me with “Um no, you can’t come pick it up. It was canceled by DoorDash. You have to reorder.” I was so frustrated by the situation and how short and rude this lady was being I just said okay and hung up. These people that Popeyes hires are the absolute worst and cemented my reason for never returning to ANY location, especially this one. If you’re too lazy to do your job that you get paid for, find someone, a coworker or manager, who can. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 10 years and I would NEVER treat any of my customers this way, even on a bad day. I hope a manager or someone else above this woman can train her better, discipline her, or just let her go. Absolutely ridiculous and completely avoidable situation. Will NOT be back.

Mediocre and terrible service. You’ll get lucky if you find the lobby open. The employees always have an awful attitude towards the customers, even when it takes us 20-30min to wait in line to order. The worst part – the staff decides what they have on the menu for sale. Lol save yourself sometime and don’t go to this location in particular!

I went to the drive-thru tonight at 10:45 pm waited no one answered and then pulled up to the drive-thru window and they said that they close at 10:00 on Friday night however Google says they are open till 11: 00pm so maybe Google’s wrong but either way don’t go there after 10:00 because the people there are saying it’s closed at 10:00.

Ordered food on mobile app at 6:56pm. Arrived at 6:58pm. Pulled through drive thru and was promoted to pull up and park in disabled space and that they would bring it out to me. Waited for 30 minutes. Went inside and discovered my food sitting on the Delivery shelf. When I walked in I observed 2 people in line. No one eating in the lobby. 8 workers. Not busy. I informed them I had been waiting for 30 minutes they blamed each other and I was handed my food. No apology. Nothing. I shook my head and left. Got in my car and drove home just to realize I was missing part of my order. I returned and went through drive through again. I was given the rest of my order and again. No apology. I arrived at home an hour after placing my order. I am sure this restaurant is not always this way. This was my experience. I hope the managers see this and they do better in the future. 1 star.

Ordered though the app for delivery and waited a good 30 minutes and after waiting 30 minutes they cancelled our order. I don’t know if the people just lazy or just wanna go home faster. Don’t order from this location and go somewhere else to save time
