Bought the new ghost pepper wings. Loved how crispy they were, but they were dry on the inside. Had a kick of spice to them but nothing crazy. Went through drive through and placed my order with a guy. He was very welcoming. Food was ready in a timely manner.

Popeyes chicken sandwich, both original and spicy, is the best chicken sandwich from a fast food restaurant. We’ve tried most sandwiches and Popeye’s is the most crispy, tender, and flavorful. We visited this location for dinner. The employee at the register was pleasant and helpful, the food was served quickly and accurately, and the lobby was very clean.

Went through the drive thru on Sat 5/13 and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes for no one to greet me. No cars in front. Drove up to the window only to see 3 employers talking. No apology and I sat there for a bit before the cashier finally opened window. She refused to take my order at window and told me I had to drive back around at which there were other vehicles in line. I told her I’ll go somewhere else and she said “ok”. Definitely not coming back to this location as this was not my 1st unresolved issue here but will be the last

I ordered a 16 piece family meal mixed spicy and mild and a 6 piece ghost pepper wing in the drive thru tonight. I asked for honey and hot sauce at the window. I paid around $54 for this atrocity. The wings were so dry they cracked, and they were no where near a ghost level spicy, not even the same spicy as the spicy chicken. It’s like they were a day old. The chicken was dry as if it had been sitting out all day. The fries were cold and old. The biscuits were dry as well, and you could tell they had been in the heat bin for a hot minute (or hour or two). That honey and hot sauce, nope, instead I ended up with butter milk ranch. This meal wasn’t worth $10 let alone $54. Every time I go here there are problems. I’ll take my business to Supermercado, who happens to have the best fried chicken in Omaha.
