Went through drive thru. Just wanted chicken tenders, nothing else. Was told 12 tenders would be $20, at window ended up being $30. It was 5pm, tenders were cold and like rubber! Wow! This Popeye’s raised their prices substantially over the last 2 weeks. We had a 5 piece blackened tenders combo and a 3 piece tenders combo. It cost us $37.00. The 5 piece combo is $19.29 and the 3 piece is $14.99. That’s an increase of approximately $13 over what we had been previously paying. I checked online at other locations and they haven’t raised their prices. We will not be going there again!

Ordered a 4 piece all thighs( I don’t like white meat) and I said it 3 times and I got 2 thighs and 2 legs. On top of that the prices have skyrocketed at this location. Will never go back here again

Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal and could not believe when they told me the total was $19+ for 1 meal! That’s over double what I’ve ever seen it cost at any other Popeyes. Will not be going back.

Chicken was good but their honesty seems to be lacking. Ordered 8 piece family meal and only received 6 pieces. On my way out of town back to another city, I called and then the lady who answered put the phone down and then hung up. Tried calling over a dozen times and it didn’t get answered, felt like they were avoiding me. I will not be back at this location.

Ordered 2 #5. 5 piece tenders with fries and medium drinks. Was told my order was over $40 that is completely ridiculous. Was in Springdale Arkansas a few days ago ordered the same thing for less than 1/2 the price. I made them give me my money back and left. Absolutely will NOT ever be coming back there. They are wayyyyy overcharging if I could leave zeo stars I would. Do better Popeyes. Yall have gone to complete garbage

Been eating Popeyes for 40 years. Big fan. This was dry buy also tge prices are now ridiculous. $26 for 8 pieces with not sides or drink. Chicken prices have come down and that is absurb to charge that. Not doing that again.

Go before 8PM or you are going to take an hour in the drive thru. They really need to fix their management and their workers. I understand it’s a stressful job because you are always in a rush to give customers their food but an hour in line is ridiculous. I do doordash as a gig and when things like this happen I don’t make money and I have to cancel the order completely. This place is disorganized.
