This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. First thing I go through the drive through and nobody responds. I drive around to go inside and a worker is sitting in her car smoking a cigar with her headset on and says the inside is closed. I go back through the drive thru. I wait a couple minutes and they take my order. Then they tell me you have to have exact cash or card. I get my food and it looks like the chicken has been sitting there for hours. I brought it home and my wife threw it all in the garbage. I don’t even think it was edible. I’m not sure who is running this place but it’s a brand new building that if someone ran properly would make money. I will never go there again. You’ve been warned!

I stopped in for lunch and got the chicken dinner with red beans and rice. Also came with the biscuit, yummy. The server was friendly and accurate. The food was served fast, and it tasted really good. Really good place.

At this time this location is very short staff. Drive through only. When you pull up to order the recording/spesker educates you about their shortage of staff. They receive a gold star from me for this. I love when a company allows you the opportunity to continue service with them or change your mind to go else where. They now have strawberry Biscuits, mango and lemon juice and cheese and bacon to add to your chicken sandwich! And last Ghost wings. Their spicy hot wings.

Franchiser should consider closing this location… waited in the drive through for 15 min with the prompt that explains the short staffed. Understood. Circled around to instead try to order inside. Locked. Circled back around to see someone at the drive through inside sitting on their phone. 20 minutes wasted because employees don’t even work.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. They only ever have the drive-thru open and it’s always a 30 min+ wait. The staff doesn’t care about doing anything. To the point where I saw a staff member sitting in the handicap spot smoking a cigarette in their car. If you order from doordash you’re getting cold food if you even get food as they’re consistently out of everything, even chicken. If you’re picking up as a Dasher you’ll regret it and end up dropping the order. Terrible store, terrible staff, skip it.

Horrible. Horrible. It’s 6:30 and they say they aren’t taking orders. The dining room doors are always locked when they are open. Attitudes and sighs of annoyance from order takers as if they posed off people want to spend their money there. Like the guests made them take this job. Today was my last straw. This location is relatively new but they need to go ahead and tear it back down. Waste of space.
