Service is fast and order’s are correctly done. They have good employees working hard making fresh hot food! They never disappoint except they don’t carry butter anymore. Best Popeyes around! Evening workers need some help with customer service and communication but they are also so busy.

Quick in and out. Fresh food. Friendly staff. Clean inside. I ordered a sweet tea but received unsweet and they upgraded my drink size. Spacious parking outside, along a busy road in Collinsville. The chicken was delicious.

Placed an order online around 8:45 this evening to go through the drive thru for my pick up and be told they didn’t have any Chicken tenders, and was offered chicken no wings or legs but thighs instead. The manager said they were out of chicken I said okay fine only because I didn’t feel like driving to another restaurant. The manager stated they had just received their truck and all the tenders were frozen. I found it very hard to believe. Again this is supposed to be a Chicken spot and felt they didn’t feel like making any more food due to it being 45minutes until they closed. Once I received my meal I realized my two sides of Red beans and Rice were only half full. I walked into the restaurant to show the two rude young ladies working at the counter the amount I had in each bowl. I’m guessing the “manager girl” took a look and said “ well that’s how much he told us to put in each serving only 1 scoop and that’s it. You will have to call him”. I’m guessing she was referring to the owner. I told her this is not even full serving this is not acceptable and I didn’t need to talk to anyone especially since I spent my hard earned dollars in this place. Not only did this place inconvenienced me, they are not giving accurate portions of sides. First no tenders and now half servings of sides!!! The manager proceeded to give me one more red beans and rice and yelled to the other workers to please lock the door. No wonder this location have 3 stars. Customer service and food was trash tonight. I will never return to this location again. The only reason I stopped here was for Red beans and rice but never again I will cook my own!!!!!!!

I ordered for delivery it was terrible! The food was cold, wrong sandwich and didn’t get the mashed potatoes. Definitely would not order or eat here again. At least they could do is refund the money for the food they forget and the more expensive sandwich i ordered and didn’t get!

The food was very good. My only complaint was that the young man who took our order was not friendly. He did not smile and said nothing to me when I said hello ! After he stepped out of the restaurant and came back in, we had just got done eating. He even held the door open and I said thank you and again, he said nothing. People need training and should realize that no one would want to come back with service like that !

My children and I went into this location today around 3:40. While trying to order the woman at the register was talking to her coworkers and using numerous profanities. It took 15 minutes to order three meals.

Walked in at noon. No chicken was ready, no butter, no napkins ,asked for tea, got an empty cup asked again ended up having fountain soda. I asked if they have senior discounts but never got an answer. How is this business still open? The chicken was still good.

Came in just before 2 pm today. Soon as we walked in the person taking orders in the drive thru walked into the back. Another employee was on break in the lobby. Only customers there with 1 car in the drive thru. I had to ask if we needed to go somewhere else to get service. We had to wait for the (I’m assuming) manager to help another employee go on break. Asked me what we wanted then walked away again. After asking again if I needed to go elsewhere he returned and took our order. Out of the 4 of us ordering only 1 of us got what we originally asked for. 3 wanted 3 piece original tender meals. Was told you only had spicy. Regular meal? Only spicy. Said I would wait for regular tenders and was told they aren’t going to make any and we needed to choose something else. I love Popeyes. We don’t have one in my town so when we travel it’s always a go to stop. Stayed near here 2 years ago and had no issues. After today I’ll go elsewhere. I’ve walked into some places that don’t look too kindly towards people not from the neighborhood, but never felt this unwelcome in a fast food place.

I would say one is to assume a restaurant is supposed to be place that serves food in some vicinity. I have tried three times to order shrimp, Mac and cheese and biscuits. I work in a restaurant so I’m clearly aware that these are simple items. I have been told three times now they have neither. My assumption whoever runs the kitchen either needs to figure out how to order and stay stocked or the employees do not care and are refusing service. I would suggest shutting it down because you can’t be turning a profit either way.
