Exceptionally tasty food and great service at this Popeyes. Every employee was doing something, including cleaning, and the restroom was neat and had paper towels, something non-working people don’t understand. The employees gave off a happy vibe. This store sets a great example of what this franchise can be. And their mac n cheese was ON POINT!

I must say when you go to Popeyes you generally don’t plan on dining in but the weather was so bad this specific instance for the rain and hell and tornado like conditions that we had to dine in. I must say this Popeyes was exceptionally clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and receptive. Now keep in mind that Popeyes prices have risen tremendously over the last 10 years but we had coupons and when they gave us the food it was fresh and well cooked. We ended up getting some kind of 10 piece chicken tender meal that came with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice with five biscuits and all the food was on point. The manager came out and asked us if we needed anything else while also going outside and giving customers their mobile orders in the rain. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and orderly. I can honestly say that if I had to do business for me to client somewhere this Popeyes was up to par to the point where you could actually meet them there. I realize you have different type of Popeyes but this specific Popeyes is definitely worth going to.

This is a nicely updated Popeyes. Right away I was warmly greeted with eye contact from who I think was a manager. My order was out quickly, correct, hot, and oh so tasty, like Popeyes should be. Great clean an bright dining area with lots of seating options.

This was my first time at this location. The cashier was very courteous. I ordered a 3 piece mild mixed with onion rings. There was a short wait but my food was fresh. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The onion rings were crispy and hot. The pecan pie was sweet and firm but not overly so. I wasn’t given napkins but other than that, my visit was excellent.

Wont come back ever. Gave me wrong chicken brought order back ask for spicey and to be remade. Manager with tattoos refused said he needed a receipt even though I handed him the food. Told him wife grabbed for work for me. Terrible customer service. Went to work without a lunch on a night shift. Wont forget that one

MOLDY bread on the classic chicken sandwich. At 6:23pm on 7/26 I ordered this sandwich. The girl who took my order had me repeat it twice, but the service was insanely quick. As soon as I ordered it was ready. If only they took that time to quality check the science experiment they handed me. I had no idea until I took 3 bites of this sandwich and set it upside down. Then, I looked down at it and saw MOLD all over the bread. I started panicking and got a stomach ache…followed by diarrhea. I am extremely upset that I ate mold which I would obviously never do but they gave me no choice. This place needs to be shut down before they kill someone.

This location frequently get orders wrong. For the first time ever today I went back and requested the proper sandwich. And was denied because I didn’t bring it back with me after taking a bite and realizing it wasn’t fried as requested. The manager on staff was not helpful in the slightest, kept saying they needed the previously bitten sandwich back, and blamed it on the location being a training facility. So take that as you will. Wish this wasn’t the closet location to me. Guess I’ll be getting less Popeyes.
