I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese only to get home and there’s no bacon. I went back and politely told the gentleman at the window my sandwich was missing bacon. I give him the sandwich back and the receipt. He comes back to the window, brings my sandwich and acts like he doesn’t want to give my receipt back. Then, he proceeded to tell me he needs a picture of my license plate with his phone in hand. I was in shock, over bacon? He said yes. Never again!

This is a first for me, I have never written a bad review in my life . I have owned and worked in the restaurant industry most of my life (30+yrs). It takes alot to upset me. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful at any business. I’m looking for nothing other then the business owner to understand how your employee treats your costumers. I have read several reviews and it seems there is a common theme with same employee. I looked into my bank account tonight I have spent $200 at your store in the last month as i have a large family and its first choice on fast food chicken for them and now we will not be returning. This began from me asking why i was being charged for four sauces when I ordered 16 piece chicken. I was not rude or mean I really was just asking I explained i had never been charged before unless i asked for extra and i do understand you should pay for extra. Im not sure how 4 sauces on a 16 piece would be extra.He proceeded to tell me if i cant afford $3.00 did I need him to pay it for me. He proceeded to say that $3.00 is obviously a big deal for you, On top of the rest of the other disrespectful things that came out of his mouth. I canceled my $45.00 order. I do hope you train this individual on how to interact as he is representing your business.

The ghost pepper chicken wings were amazing, the rice and beans were good. The problem I have is with the wait, I get it, it is at the end of the day around 8:30pm but that is still no reason for I and three other customers to wait out front for half an hour for our food that we just paid for, they also over iced my drink, I drew two gulp and it was gone. I really like Popeyes chicken but I don’t think I will go to this location for a while.

I went to this location for the first time yesterday. I spent $53. Yesterday. When I got home I realized the employee charged my $4 more for two apple pies that’s 1.99. I don’t know how u charge someone $8 for 2 pies but ok. Simple mistake so I go back I didn’t have my receipt for the pies but i had the receipt for my recent purchase i made, everyone knows when u do a transaction are in the computers. So Bryan the manager was being a unprofessional over giving me $4 back for being charged extra for two pies he found it funny and he was very disrespectful all because I didn’t have a receipt that his assistant manager at the time that was standing right there that took my order could of said no that’s my fault I didn’t give her the little e-paper that comes out of the machine. Bryan the manager said it was my fault I didn’t get a receipt but it’s his job as well as his employees to make sure the customer geothermal receipt. Bryan found it funny and even called the cops because I wouldn’t move out the line . So instead of giving me back $4 making things right as a employee thats representing a brand and let the customer have a great experience and continue to have them come back when I made a $45 purchase earlier. I didn’t get my $4 instead I was told by the police officer that aware of Bryan poor unprofessional customer service skills the company lost a customer. I will not go back to that location and I will also tell all my friends and anyone that goes there my bad encounter with the manager for my first time experience. Let me not forget that when a customer came up to the window there order he refunded the customer back and she didn’t have a receipt. The whole time Bryan laughing and thinking what he did was right. I will continue to complain yo corporate until they do something about the manager Byran and his assistant manager that instead of doing the right thing they choose to handle it poorly unprofessional horrible customer all over $4. Never again will they get my services.

The ghost pepper wings could have been a little bit juicier, minimal flavor of ghost pepper and I was expecting them to be way hotter but regular spicy chicken had more spice. The rest of the food was amazing, perfectly cooked with great flavor as always!

First time visit this location today and I had a bad experience when the agent forgot to give me 3 additional blackened tenders. She didn’t ask me for the receipt, so I couldn’t come back for a complaint. I even tipped her without knowing she had prepared my order incorrectly. My suggestion is always check your order carefully before leaving.

Ordered through doordash. I needed honey packets for my order. There is no option to add honey packets on the app. I called the store. Whoever the manager was at 12:40pm 8/10/23 was not helpful at all, he told me to call doordash and hung up on me immediately. I hope you have the worst shift possible day today sir.

This is the worst service I have ever had. Ordered a meal with frozen lemonade. Was given regular lemonade. I told the lady at the window they gave me the wrong lemonade. She tells me I didnt order a frozen lemonade and if I want one Id have to go back through the drive thru and order one. It was too hot for me to argue so I pulled off. Didnt get too far before I noticed they F’ed up my order. Go inside the restaurant tells the manager his drive thru lady is rude and they messed up my order. He tells me he needs to see my receipt in order to fix my order. Now Im pissed. I told him I am not walking back to the car and he will be fixing my order.

This store has the most disrespectful workers and it’s not a good look for the restaurant. The guy working with the grey shirt today 08/14/2023 11:30 am… almost got it! I don’t know if he’s a manager or not but he is so rude and customer service must not be on his resume! If you want good customer service go somewhere else because this Popeyes is not it!

Ordered a 10 piece family meal and got 6 pieces of chicken instead of 10. Ordered a spicy flounder sandwich and got a chicken sandwich. Was also missing an entire side of fries. If you call nobody answers. Go in and they try to do everything but give you the correct stuff and fix their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.
