Ordered 2 of the 1/4 Combo Jumbo shrimp with 2 piece Tenders and a 3 Piece Meal all came to $30 some dollars … what we got was Not our order so we went back and confronted the employee who took our order and he was arguing with us telling us we didn’t order this and he put everything in the bag. Which we were also missing side items! He made us REPAY for what we ORIGINALLY asked for! He Told His Customers That We Were WRONG….Look at the photos and see how LITTLE the meal were and how outrageously expensive it was … We could’ve got Way more food and for a better price Elsewhere… Super Disappointing Popeyes Never Returning here again!

I’m convinced that as a chain, Popeyes intentionally strives to provide the worst service possible. It’s a shame because the food is really good in both quality and price for a fast food chain, but it’s absolutely not worth the amount of time you will wait for service. I’ve given both locations in the city a few tries at different times of the day and regardless of how busy or not busy it is, they seemingly ignore their customers as none of the employees really seem to care. I don’t expect 5 star service, but minimal effort could really bring this chain from somewhere I couldn’t recommend with a clear conscience to one of the top choices for a quick bite to eat in the area….Don’t waste your time, y’all.

I ordered online for pickup. When I got there, they dodnt have my order ready and asked if I wanted different chicken or else I would have to wait 8 and a half minutes. Then another employee rudely said “we aint go mtn dew” even though it is clearly one of their options on the menu, so i said mello yellow is fine, but it tasted like not properly calibrated soda fountain, all fizzy water, no syrup. Horrible place, save your money. Its worth the extra 15 min drive to go to kfc.

Stopped for popcorn shrimp they asked if I wanted the combo or just the shrimp. Said just shrimp. He said they were out of shrimp. Ok must only have combo shrimp and not single. Got wings instead. Got to the window guy just gives me the wings and card back shuts window. Never a word spoken. I was like, are we done? Just drove off. I’ve had better wings for kwik trip.

BYOP: bring your own plate. I understand it’s hard to find employees, but the service here set a new low. No one greeted us. No one was friendly, and it was obvious the lady who took her order did not want to be there. We ordered a family meal, and when I asked for plates, the first person just walked away. Then the lady who took the order finally came over and gave us tubs. When I asked for forks, she didn’t even acknowledge it. She just pointed out to the condiment table. The restaurant was dirty. As we were eating, the staff in the kitchen were loud and joking around. Overall a very disappointing experience. I’m won’t be back.

Very bad customer service. Asked for 3 pieces dark got 2 wings and a dump. Also order a 2 pieices dark and got a wing and a breast. Manager is very rude and has very little Knowledge of what a 3 pieces dark is. Please re train your crew. Chicken was also cold/old very dry.

This was my first time here and the person who took my order was friendly and patient. However, the person who took my money and gave me my order was not friendly and only gave me change back when I asked for it. I asked about getting change back and he said he forgot and had to open the drawer again. I forgot the exact total and like to have receipts for rewards apps, but when I asked for it he said the machine wasn’t working. I said I wanted to double check my change and he started counting and said it was right. I didn’t know for sure, but didn’t want to fight over a couple cents. The boy/teen never said hi, bye, thank you, have a good day, and even openly rolled his eyes and looked away when I asked for the change, receipt, and the ranch we ordered. He gave it to me and went to shut the door, I said thank you have a good day. He goes yup! and looked away. I said I will try too! I get it everyone gets annoyed but I don’t think you should be working directly with customers with that attitude or lack of care for what they should be doing.

Great food and service. Stopped here late and they had to get our order ready… With how late it was it took the over 10 min. But that’s understandable. When the food was brought to me the staff was extremely apologetic. The food was great!!!
