It was a long way in line they were clearly understaffed. After 30 minutes I finally got my food and left. The only thing that was clearly edible was the biscuit. The chicken was dry and the mashed potatoes tasted sour. Kind of felt sorry for the guy taking orders he was clearly doing his best. In all fairness I have God good food and service here before.

Do not go here… They dont open until 2 hours after the actual time or whenever they feel like it. Popeyes app will allow you to place orders and when you go to pick up there is a cage blocking that you can not pass. Workers are extremely rude and condescending.

I’m a truck driver and I’ve been stuck at this TA for three days due to loaded trailer problems. Out of the thee days I’ve eaten here only twice because the first day I ate there it was only two people working and it was a 30 minute wait even after I ordered through the app. Also the chicken was fried in old grease, had a really bad taste. I gave them a pass because they didn’t have any help and the line was out the door. Next day same thing, same old grease taste, same nasty taste. I couldn’t go back in there the third day. The restaurant next door haven’t been opened since 2020, so don’t even think about it. Really bad experience, what a waste of money. I don’t recommend this place.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting more than 45 minutes for chicken. They gave us a heads up that it was gonna be only 20 minutes so we waited because we thought it was worth it. Try to give them another chance after this happened a few times before over the last year or so, but nothing has changed. Staff is rude to customers getting irritated because there’s a lobby full of people waiting for their order. Staff in the back laughing and joking like it’s funny. Manager getting mad saying customers are cussing him out when all we were doing is expressing that this happens at this location every time. The food we got wasn’t what I ordered and it was cold and hard. Wait for 45 minutes for cold chicken we had to “wait for?” Horrible experience and I will never be back!

We ordered a large order online. My son went to pick it up. He was spoken to rudely by the cashier who told him it would be a while and to have a seat. My son waited 2 HOURS for our order. We have waited 45 min- 1 hour in many occasions in this location but this was the worst. And they still got the order wrong! Never again. That will be our last visit to this location. The owner needs to fix this place. This is NOT normal

I just got back from ordering a 2-piece fried chicken combo carry out at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. No complaints here. The cashier was helpful and friendly, the food was hot enough to make the five minute drive to my dinner table. (This location’s convenient freeway access helps) They crushed it tonight.
