Returned our walked in store, take out order, for being incorrect. The lady claiming to be manager was very rude. Wouldn’t look at receipt,”what is it you want” the correct order we said. ” ehhh, gonna be 20 minutes, you don’t want to wait do you? What do you want?” Ma’am we would just like to have food we ordered. Feeling like finally understood, she turns, grabs tongs, moves a few pieces around, ” Naw,, you gotta wait 20 minutes or give you refund. My wife was done at this point, just refund then. And walking outside, my wife angered stated we will never give them business again.

When did 2 thighs an Mac and cheese also a drink come to $19!!! My chicken tasted like fish. It was god awful. Read your receipt when you leave here and make sure you don’t get over charged. Do not recommend at all.

Where do I begin? Always an excuse! When this restaurant was only a rumor in this small town I talked to people who were excited to think they we’d be getting a Popeyes! However…when it became a reality…these same people have since told me that they will never patronize this particular restaurant again due to their lack of customer service! Are they always short handed…I would assume! Today I went in to order rather than go through the drive thru. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I am physically in this restaurant!!! Not in the drive thru. Finally the man glances over to me but made no effort to take my order! So while I am standing there I hear at least 3….THREE orders taken in the drive thru! That’s the job of this person but how sad is it that sitting in your car makes you a priority over someone who CHOSE to go inside! The man who was up front was filling orders…I get that but to think that no consideration was given to someone who got out of their car to come in is beyond ridiculous! I could say that it’s not his fault and he was frantically trying to keep up. Hard not to feel sorry for these people. But I had yet to order anything. I finally walked out. Sadly I now join these others who have told me they will never eat here again! And I need to add that I have eaten here numerous times had have NEVER had a good experience. Left me in a bad mood every single time. But I want to keep the businesses this town open.

Usually get chicken from there 3-4 times a month, it’s always been very good and fresh. Last night was awful! The fried chicken was very old and dry, every piece! Then we open the box of nuggets like we always get, and those were all very old as well! They must have a new penny pinching manager. Very disappointing. Done with Popeyes in Marion now! We will go to KFC now.

I’ve gone through the drive through 3 times and left with nothing because they never have enough chicken made up for my order (4 thighs & 4 legs). If I chose to wait 14 or more minutes, they can fill my order. I don’t think that’s good business.

My husband and I went to the drive through and the lady that took our order wasn’t friendly didn’t know wht she was doing, and we pulled up at the window pd and they told us to pull up we did, 2 other cars got their food before we did so we backed up and no one came to the window, they forgot about us. Never going back there again. Service stinks
