My son just left there ordering a 3 PC tender. The drive through cashier kept repeating chicken? As If he was a a taco place. “Of course chicken, that’s what you do”. However they gave him a 3 PC chicken instead of tenders. No…. he didn’t check before leaving the window. But it shows how you MUST check behind these fast food restaurants. No he does not want to go back either. The chicken was not hot and it looked as though it had been there a while. Sad!!!!!

Just burn this location down already, and make an insurance claim. Hindus have no business in trying to buy a Popeyes and run it with all their cousins. Fryers were shut off 40 mins before closing, literally only had biscuits, Mac n cheese, and coleslaw available. Go buy a 711, you’ll have better luck.

There was a 12 minute wait for spicy chicken but it is probably the most popular item, so I didn’t care. Red beans and rice cup was only half filled which is disappointing because that stuff is delicious. This place gets 1 star for atmosphere because they were closing up the lobby at 8:40 pm even though it’s says it’s open until 10 pm.

Went in the drive thru lobby was closed. They took really good care of me. I put in a big order for my store. They helped me with discount, very polite, great service, even gave me cups and stuff. My team was happy with their meal and sweet tea.

First time in a Popeyes ran by Indian people . Food was hot and fresh, service was quick. Don’t think the shrimp were worth 8 dollars but they satisfied the crunch cravings! Like the terminator…..ILL BE BACK!

Ordered chicken nuggets combo meals through the drive thru today. The food was inedible. I’m not sure what they are doing to the chicken. It didn’t have the Popeyes’ signature taste or seasoning. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

I’ve been here twice, both times bad customer service. The second time, they told me to drive fwd to wait. I waited abt 15 mins and had to go inside. They never made the order, then says oh the chicken just came down. I was already waiting at the register before they even noticed me that was a lie. They need better customer service skills because they get a zero. Funny thing- giant sign outside to call for complaints – is a joke. Step it up!

Greatest experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant hands down.The night manager was super courteous and was exemplary made it a point to have my sandwiches dropped even though they were technically closed in the lobby let me order at the window and then brought me inside to wait while my food was being prepped no doubt about it the entire staff made this the most enjoyable drive thru experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of
