The crew curses openly and freely whenever I visit. They complain about everything under the sun and there is never a manager around to correct the madness. The dining room was not cleaned by any standards, numerous dead flies in the windows, dirty tables and food on the floor from previous diner’s. Most times the crew is rude when taking your order and God forbid you ask for something, you’ll get an eye roll. I hate to do this review because people are working hard when others aren’t even applying, but they all need more training on service and cleanliness. I’ll go to another location in the future. Now I can’t speak on the cooks or drive-thru staff, but the lady taking orders is rude should not be the face of the organization.

Omg! Can’t believe how small were the chicken I got from this store. I actually did measure it. And it’s about 2 to 3 inches of leg part and wing part. It was horrible that I ordered 4 pc for our dinner. Is this the quality of Popeyes gives to their customer? What a shame! Actually biscuit was bigger than the Chicken… really?!

The guy that took my order at the drive thru was very rude and very short with me. My chicken sandwich was small and no pickles. I didn’t receive a receipt to tell the exact time but it was around 7:47 pm on 4/8/23. Also he needed to pull his pants up at work.

Everything is an ordeal when ordering here I was told 2 of my tenders would have to be mild. They ran out of spicy after they took my order? I was told although purchased 5 meals we could only have 2 honey packs to share between the meals cause they might run out? To add insult to injury, the chicken was dried out like shoe leather.

Management does not have ahold of this store work ethic is very poor workers have attitude always definitely not people grateful for a job. If you didn’t want to work there than you shouldn’t have applied. Management clearly needs to learn the hiring process so she quits hiring inadequate people who don’t want to work but want a free check.

This place cannot get any worse. Each and everytime I go there it’s a problem. Either attitude of the employees, don’t have any food of the menu, and if they do the time it takes to receive it is absolutely ridiculous. The district manager has her picture and phone number hung up for customers to see if they would need it, but I’ve tried contacting this person five times now without a response so it just goes along with the rest of the place. I don’t know how they stay in business. KFC will stay finger licking good!

I placed an order online. Friday evening and they couldn’t fill a 36 piece chicken nugget order. Paid for it online. My husband went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have enough nuggets to fill the order. I also paid for it online and now can’t get my money back because I have to go online to cancel the order. How the hell do you cancel an online order? Calling corporate on Monday. I wish they would just close this one. Absolutely horrible service and management. The one in Sharonville is always good and are never out of food.
