Fast, friendly service. Michael took great care of me. He was very helpful and personable. The prices were very reasonable for a travel plaza. It was $8.69 for a shrimp basket with fries and a biscuit. The food came out hot and fresh. I would definitely eat here again.

Terrible. I was hoping some of the good reviews were accurate, but that sadly was not the case. This Popeyes charges $12.09 for a three piece chicken meal. Then they add on $1.29 for white meat. They gave me luke warn regular chicken even though I ordered spicy. No biscuit was included And the red beans and rice was about 98% rice and had 3 beans. Total price was $13.38 and did not include a drink.

For 3 chicken wings, a small mash potatoes, a medium coke and one biscuit, I paid $17. Is this apple bees and I don’t know it? Plus it took forever to take my order plus I had to wait forever to get my meal. The first and last time I will eat here. And it doesn’t taste great either.

Today we hit the trifecta of bad experiences at the Middle Ridge Plaza location on the Ohio turnpike. We frequently travel this route at mealtime and like the food selection so we stop here. The first time we waited in excess of 25 minutes to get our fast food order. The second time we got to this location at 6:40 knowing it closed at 7 but the fryer was already turned off and we were unable to order what we wanted, so we left. Today was strike #3. In spite of clearly posted prices, we were charged more for each meal than the posted price. Speaking to the manager about the discrepancy in pricing gained nothing. I understand “ Prices go up”. When they do, change your posted prices! Managers should be empowered to strive to satisfy customers rather than reply with I don’t have any control of pricing. Three strikes and you’re out!

Ridiculous!!! They have a dedicated screen that promotes the popeyes app but will not take orders From the app or in-store code. The explanation was simple they are franchise restaurant and they do have that food I wanted to get but not for that price. Isn’t all their store run franchise? As a result, I just went next door to Panera bread, they honor their app deals.
