Had not been to this location since its first grand opening days of super long lines. Now it’s just Popeyes. So the place looked clean and staff was decently pleasant. Food came out quickly (not very busy) and was at an adequate temperature and tasty. Chicken sandwich was good.. still on fence of who has the better sandwich though. Very acceptable meal from this particular establishment.

Kerri was very rude. She rolled her eyes and multiple customers including myself just for ordering. I had a dine in mobile where she ignored for almost 15min and tried to tell me i didn’t have an order…. when I did and continued to roll her eyes and huff and puff when she found it. my order took well over 30 minutes to get to me… it’s lunch time and we’re all busy- it was just unprofessional and rude. simple

I do not write reviews but this is unacceptable, place an online order for tonight and app said should be ready by 7:26pm. I understand if it’s busy but when you say the name for the order and you see the box and receipt still sitting there and then when the cashier asked if they had made it yet two people in the back looked at her and said no sorry we were talking, then also said overcooked chicken is better than under. Should actually get people to care enough to at least get the work done correctly and in timely manner

If I could give a lower review I would. The last time I was here I went home missing food I ordered. Tonight I was on a call and didn’t check the bag. They forgot to put the chicken in the two shrimp and chicken dinners I bought, gave me fries instead of mac and cheese, and completely forgot to give me my 4 deserts. So in sum I paid $38 for about $25 worth of food. Someone paid a lot for this franchise. I would think they would want to run it better than this.

Charged for sauces multiple times, employees failed to put the sauces in the bag. Wasn’t a big deal till the manager told me they charge for each sauce. Didn’t make an online order we placed and the manager was extremely rude like it was our fault she had to do her job

Everything was good but Popeyes gas just in general went down hill. You can no longer get Cajun rice wich was the side item that sets them apart from other chicken joints. All there new sides are no different than KFC and KFC sucks. Keep it Cajun and get the freaking Cajun rice back.

I ordered on doordash and it took 30 minutes for them to receive it. The guy that did my doordash said he stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for them to have it done cuz I didn’t even have it ready by the time he got there. And when I called and asked him about it the lady that answered the phone was so rude and even hung up on me so people who orders from their just watch out.

Let me tell you about my recent experience at Popeye’s because I am struggling to make sense of this. I went to the Popeye’s located on Nashville Rd. at approx 6:30 pm today. I ordered a 3 piece (dark) combo and two 4 piece (dark) combos. I was informed that they could not give me dark meat on my second 4 piece but could give me something else in exchange for it. Now the reason I could not get my second 4 piece combo all in dark was because, “there wouldn’t be enough for everyone else.” I ask,” Are you simply out of dark meat or will you have to drop more?” She responds that it’s neither of those. Never have I EVER had an issue with ordering this exact meal in the past. Why now? At this point I am confused and frustrated. I tell her to just cancel the entire order. I drive off. Shortly after leaving Popeye’s (and calming down!) I decide to call and ask to speak with a manager because it’s just not sitting right with me. The manager recognized my voice from being at the drive-thru. She then tries to explain to me that the ultimate reason she could not give me what I originally wanted was because it would mess up the counts. She had already done the counts on the chicken for the night. Are you kidding me? Talk about blood was boiling and if I could have turned red, I would’ve. Now correct me if I am missing something here. I ask, “Are you serious? You don’t close until 9.” She simply apologizes. I ask for a corporate number. She asks if I have a receipt. No, of course not! I cancelled my order remember? She informs me that the number should be on there somewhere (also let it be known that there is NO number anywhere on the receipt to reach corporate!) and outside of that she has no clue! To put the icing on the cake, she proceeds to say, “I just work here!” This has got to be a joke! I don’t EVER leave reviews but this was unacceptable customer service and so very unprofessional! I can’t help but to think that the manager (didn’t get her name) was simply too lazy to redo whatever counts that probably should’ve waited to be done a little closer to closing anyways. Get it together Popeye’s! I was however, able to go to the website and request someone give me a call back at their earliest convenience! I will be passing this horrible experience on!
