Freshhhhhhhhh and hot. Extremely satisfied. I had a long drive from Tallahassee to Atlanta and wanted something to eat. Normally not my first choice but I stopped grabbed a 2 piece and was pleasantly surprised. My order was prepared quickly. Thank you!!!!!!!!

This store is so ghetto. Everybody works in the store, including the manager is ghetto. They mess my order up. Then wants to argue with me about what I ordered. Ratchet and ghetto is a understatement. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. I asked for a $29 meal and she gives me a $27 meal and say that’s what I ordered, can’t be if it’s not $29 ♀️. Never again will I go back because I’m avoiding jail.

Went to this Popeyes at 9:30 P.M. and was told over the speaker that they were closed. When I asked don’t they stay open until 10 P.M., the drive thru person said they have no food and the Manager said to close. I made the employee aware that I would contact the home office, employee responded back, “Do what you do!”

Great chicken, I recommend you check your order before you leave because they messed my order up a couple times..but if you got a taste for fried chicken come here.

I had an issue with my order having missing items. Normally that would give reason for fewer stars,however, after I submitted my complaint I was contacted by the district manager, Ms. Lorraine, within minutes. After speaking to her I was so impressed with how she handled the issue and the prompt response from her I rated the store with the highest rating. People make mistakes and I consider the effort in how it’s resolved when I give a store rating. Popeyes has a keeper in Ms. Lorraine! You can tell she cares about her store and most of all, her customers.

Dude never said a word to me after siting at the speaker for 10 min. me thinking the speaker might be broken I just pulled on up to the window. Then once I got there after another five the dude said he didn’t tell me to pull up Oh and someone at the speaker before me sat there for no telling how long before i pulled up. The dude was clearly high as space!

It was only 4 employees but they got the job done. Everything was really moving slowwwww. I decided to wait on fresh chicken because the chicken they tried to tell me was “fresh” looked dry. My food was good and hot so I can’t really complain.
