I will never go back. We waited for 45 minutes for 2 grill chicken sandwiches. That’s it. 6 cars behind us got their food and left. Multiple people went in and got their food and left, they came out multiple times telling us to move our car and asking what we had on our receipt and “what we were waiting on” pathetic management, horrible place.

I purchased a 20.00 gift certificate from this location in BSL, MS and when I went to use it, they had not loaded it correctly and it said my balance was 0. I brought this to the managers attention today and he was not willing to help me and even became combative. I don’t want anything I didn’t pay for but I did expect help with this. I even asked for the owner of the stores information so I could contact them directly and he would not give me the contact information. He said the store number was 2090 and the owner is from Metarie La. I feel certain they would like to know about this unfortunate experience. I will no doubt never return to this establishment which is a shame as it was a once a week visit for me. I feel extremely cheated and disrespected.
