Food was good. However, I only gave them a 3 star due to the NASTY restroom. There was no soap ( how did that employee wash her hands that came out b4 me)? The sink was filthy and I wouldn’t dare to dry my hands under the dryer for fear some nastiness would touch me. Pictures don’t do the yuck justice. My shoes were slippery when I left the store.

Drive through so slow. Tried to order. Inside not open. Very rude. You would with inside closed drive through would be faster. But in-line for more than 20 min and still third in line to order. What a disappointment!! 9

I ordered 2 mild breast. They both were like leather. Couldn’t hardly eat it. The girl taking my order did not know how to ring up only 2 pieces of chicken and was basically just standing there. I had to get the manager to finish my order. Then, a young kid of about 4 to 6 years old, which turned out to be the managers kid, was throwing a soft football and it was landing in peoples food and even hit one elderly lady in the face with it. I dined in for this visit and I can tell you, I would have fired everyone there that day. Also, the music was turned up way too loud. The girl taking the orders couldn’t hear you nor could you hear them due to the music being loud!

Popeyes headquarters should really investigate this place. I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to get food here. I gave up waiting after twenty minutes in the drive thru each time without ever making it to the place to order. Once, I went inside thinking it might be faster, only to see about 8 other people in there waiting to get their order. No one in the store had their order. Pretty comical. This store should be much more profitable than it is.

How does the place even deserve 3 stars. They absolutely hate their jobs.. no consideration for customers or even an attempt to have someone leave satisfied. Not once have they gotten my order right or even close. Fast food has gone down hill over the past few years but this just shows the level of degradation. Ordered 6 piece spicy tenders (2 can dine meal), fries and red beans/rice and this is what I receive.

I received my order, but wasn’t sure how I spent $8 on a sandwich and a water. She told me after I asked that I just paid $3 for a small cup of water. Just a simple heads up to the customer before overcharging them for water would be nice.

This place does not even deserve a star. Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru. We get to the window the woman at the window was very rude had a terrible attitude and didn’t say hello or anything. We have gave this popeyes chance after chance. Me and my family will be taking our business somewhere else.

The location is an absolute dumpster fire of terrible fast food service. My girlfriend placed an order several hours ahead of time for a Mother’s Day get-together, and was told she could skip the line by going inside. She went to retrieve the food and the location is locked, so she called them to be told she has to get in the drive-thru line to get the food, which hasn’t even been prepared yet.
