Cross another local eatery off my list of options. I usually don’t mind getting parked when I go through the drive thru because it means my food has to be cooked and qill be hot and fresh. BUT when I spend 25 minutes parked waiting and finally had to go inside to get my order; AND receive food that has been in the warmer too long, is old, hard and cold, I’m just done. There was plenty of people working but, the dining area was dirty with trash on the table and floor. This store has recently been remodeled and looks just sad.

Food was okay. The cashier took my order and decided to tally it how she wanted to. She thought she was helping I guess but please when I tell you how I want my order please do that or ask if you’re not sure. I ended up paying more money because of how she put my order in.

I had to do something today that I had never done before. I deleted a review from a couple of years ago, and now I have to change from a 5 star to a 1 star. My recent visit left me with half raw chicken, no biscuits for my family meal, and very bad “taste in my mouth.” Seems like the staff was a lot more concerned about playing around than doing their job. My wife called them to inform them of the mistakes and was just told that she would have to bring the complete order back. Not worth an almost 80 mile round trip that I made especially to eat Popeyes. Very disheartened

Poor experience at this Popeyes with customer service. Obviously employees don’t care on quality of food. Not only messed my order up but also the person that was with me. But the chicken sandwich was still good. Seems to be lack of training and employee enthusiasm.

4 months ago I took my grandfather to Jackson for a doctors appointment and we stopped by to have lunch. The Manager was taking orders, It was the most pleasant fast food experience I’ve had in a while. I asked for a blackened ranch and he asked me if I needed more. I said, how much are they? He said, sauce is always free to valued customers. The food was perfect. Thanks.
