When ordering the workers were goofing off and kept switching between workers and we kept having to answer the same questions multiple times. They didn’t include something we asked for in the order but they didn’t charge us for it. One of our large sides that we did pay for was left out along with shorting us chicken. The chicken is room temperature and tastes gross.

Food is the same as other Popeyes, but the people here are the worst for customer service I have seen. I like Popeyes food but have only been to this one, which is where I live, 2 times in the last year because of the rude as hell people working there.

Wow! I rarely ever post reviews, but after hearing so much negative feedback about Popeyes over the years- I couldn’t help but to give them some positivity today. I had such a wonderful experience with great customer service, food was out so quickly, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating for our group that dined in.

The chicken is okay, but the wait is long and the lady at the drive through acts like it’s torture to take your order. You have to repeat your order several times. Only the cooks were nice and had to finish taking orders because she couldn’t be bothered. We saw several cars leave out of the line without getting anything or being able to pay and we were there for 25 minutes. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closed.

We walked in while an employee was out front taking a cell phone cigarette break. We stood at the order counter for several minutes. The employees were filling drive thru order but several of them looked at us not acknowledging we were there. We about left. Apparently the guy out front was the manager and told the employees there were customers waiting from r service. Finally. I ordered a chicken combo and my wife three strips. I paid and in my mind it seemed a little high for the price. I noticed on my ticket an additional item so I asked the guy that took my order what it was. He said he accidentally ordered an additional sandwich only. I asked that he correct the order. The manager fixed the price. He got after the employee for not checking his order. The food was just OK.

Worst place ever! Skip it completely! I live 5 minutes from this Popeyes and drive to Byram or anywhere else to avoid it. It’s horrible. Everyone in town talks about how horrible the service is and noone will do anything about it! Every single time I have ever been through the drive through at this location they were RUDE! It’s always been a 30 minute or more wait! They act like they don’t want anyone’s business! I stopped for a family member last week because that’s what they asked for and again they said they didn’t have anything cooked it would be a 15-30 minute wait. I asked if they had anything available and they got rude as usual and said it will be a wait for anything. This was around 4 or 5 pm and noone was in line.

Usually this a great place to eat. The food is great the service was bad. The person must not wanted to work. She open door and was talking to someone inside cussing . Did not even look at me are acknowledge my existence. No greetings or thank you or smile. I tell you she did no look at me once
