I welcome ALL of Jackson TN Popeyes to go and tour this one, meet the staff and learn from them. VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY, and their food is always fresh. I love this one. I don’t know how much they are paying their employees, but the folks there act like it’s a million dollars because it shows.. If you have a need to go to Popeyes, head here.

It’s hard to rate the food, because there isn’t any to order. Three times in a month I’ve tried to eat there, all three times I was told they didn’t have what I wanted. Won’t offer to cook anything either. Looks like an abandoned building when you pull up, tall grass and weeds. Worst service in town.

Worst food ever. The chicken strips were thin as ever, look at the pic I’ve attached and zoom in on the chicken strip I broke open. It was cold, all breading and skin, hardly any chicken at all. The total for 2 chicken strips diners were over 15.00. We had also purchased 3 extra large sides, so a total of almost 25.00. I ask for a refund on the food and just paid for our 2 large teas. We just received our money back and left. The manager was sweeping and the guy checking us out wasn’t sure how to make a refund. The manager never stopped sweeping to ask us what was wrong or how she could help. Worst food and service we’ve ever received. I would never recommend this location.

Could be little more friendly at the counter.(I only say this because same as last visit) drink machine was down so they had to fix your drink. Worked somewhat b4 I left.ok here is the part u want to hear…popeye’s chicken sandwich vs chik fila? This was my first from popeye’s. I got spicey and it was. But the breading got soggy quick under sauce they use. I also noticed that the thick breading tasted like full of grease. So for me chik fila was definitely better. Chicken was good tasting and big or thick.

Didn’t get my whole order went back for rest of it and little girl working window acted like it was a inconvenience for her to fetch my food just do your job right and loose the attitude and I won’t have to return.

Went through the drive-thru and sat for 5 minutes waiting. Finally, someone spoke to us. She had trouble hearing us. My wife got so tickled about it, we could hardly order. The lady didn’t think it was funny. I had to scream the order. She thought I was my wife. And asked if she was on the passenger side. My wife lost it. Again, she was rude. Anywho, this was a bad experience.

It was a very bad experience. There were only two people in the line ahead of us and it took 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. The lady that took our order wasn’t friendly at all and kept asking me to repeat my order. We sat at the drive-through window for 5 minutes before she took my payment. She gave us our drinks and made us pull forward and wait 5 more minutes before she brought our food out. While we were waiting, my passenger tried her drink and it tasted nasty. So, I asked for a new one when the woman brought us our food and she looked at me like she didn’t believe me. My chicken tenders turned out to be undercooked and I was supposed to get fries with my order, and my passenger was supposed to get two sides. Instead, I ended up with one of their sides and no fries. I wouldn’t recommend going there, at least not around 7 pm. The day shift might be better.

The women couldn’t get my order right. got to drive thur and was going to give me wrong order had to make my order right and still didn’t put biscuits in the family pack,put small sides in it was suppose to be large. We got 8 piece family pack but ending up being 8 pieces of hot spicy chicken and 2 small sides for 29.07 dollars
