I’ve been dissatisfied with this location so much in the past couple years that I rarely go anymore, but today I picked up lunch for me and the kids. Not sure if it’s new management or just the staff working today, but i was pleasantly surprised. The lady taking my order was polite and I didn’t have to repeat myself over and over. She smiled at the window, and all of my orders were correct for a change. the food was hot and excellent tasting. hopefully this will continue. only reason i didn’t give a 5 was because they were slow with a long drive thru line and the inside appeared to be closed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We arrived at the screen where you order and had to wait another 10+ minutes (we had already waited AT LEAST 30+ minutes and there was barely anybody in the line). When the guy taking orders finally asks what we want he had us repeat our order 3 times. It was literally two of the exact same combos. He then proceeds to tell us the chicken will be a 5 minute wait which is fine but our order never popped up on the screen and then he randomly stops talking and never comes back. He never repeated the order, never gave us a price, never told us to pull around. So we’re thinking maybe he got it and went to start the chicken. It’s not like Popeyes is known for good service but we were thinking surely he didn’t just leave without taking our order after all that. So we pulled around to the window to pay only to wait 5+ minutes before a lady comes over rudely asking if we were trying to place an order like we don’t know how a drive thru works. She then precedes to tell us that the guy never even took our order and that she only had mild chicken ready. So we ask how long on the spicy because that’s what we wanted and it’s literally their job to make the food the customer wants?? It’s not like they were out. She says it’ll take 5 minutes. What was the guy even doing back there if he wasn’t making the spicy chicken he said would take 5 minutes – 10 MINUTES AGO. The frozen lemonade machine was down which isn’t surprising. Between the guy not taking our order and just leaving, the rude lady, and the machine being down after waiting for almost an hour…we were so turned off of Popeyes. I mean it’s 4 pm on a Sunday that’s just ridiculous. The Popeyes chain should be embarrassed of this location and have it shut down.

We ordered on line and when we finally got to the place to tell them our order number the woman the lady said ok drive to the window. 15 minutes later when we got to pick up window the girl said you owe 27 dollars and some change. She said oh we seen a person drive off with our order. Then we got 2 sandwiches with a quart of mayo on them and an order of fries throwed on top of the French fries bag…….

Have made the mistake of getting in drive through line twice once a in the fall and latest was yesterday and had to give up and leave both times with no food. Sat for an hour there was simply no food being passed out the window to customers. Popeyes might as well just close this location I will not ever be wasting my time with this location again it’s just not worth the time.

DRIVE THRU ONLY. NO DINE IN.Closes @8.45 pm not 10 pm as listed. Was waiting on the driver through for 5 min between 8 45 to 8 50 to realize it is closed before 9 PM. When I pulled up at the window, she said they close @ 9 pm even though it was not 9 pm.

This place is garbage. the employee’s are ignorant and rude. they are illiterate to reading and putting together a correct simple order. Waited almost an hour and it still didn’t come out right after they were supposed to be correcting it already 1 time. When I got home I threw it in the trash it made me that mad.

Waited in drive thru for 30min, pulled to side to wait on drinks, waited another 15min and never got drinks so just left. Horrible service.

Do not come here if you value your time. I waited in the drive-through line for 25 minutes before finally leaving to go across the street to a chick-fil-a where I got my food in under 4 minutes. There was one other car in line midafternoon on a Friday so it should not have taken that long for a sandwich and fries which I never got.

Why is the dining room always closed? Horrible service slow as Christmas. Line wrapped around the whole building at 4:15pm.

Once home I discovered my order was incorrect. I called several times and no one answered the phone. I drove across town to return the order . Waited in a long line and the manager had the nerve to ask me for peppers not in the bag. Not , I’m sorry for you inconvenience sir but where are the peppers. This place is a joke and I was Mr give them any more of my money. Very sad . Someone should reach out and make this right . They’re giving Popeyes a black eye!
