So lets get this out of the way, I love me some Popeyes Chicken. However I also love Cajun Rice and this location does not have it, not ” Our Cajun Rice is so amazing we just cant cook enough”, but, “Yeah, sorry we just don’t have it”. How can you be a Cajun Chicken Place and not carry Cajun Rice? My last visit, they didn’t have Diet Coke and had to confirm if they had tea before could order that. They also didn’t have enough hard flat biscuits in stock to fill my order but substituted apple pies for those. I have seen an absolute drop in service and quality in fast food across the board and I will think twice before returning to these locations that struggle with the concept.

They never seem to have any food ready. You either have to change your order to accommodate what they have or wait 20 minutes while they make it. It’s good but during the height of dinner lunch rush hour they should probably have their food ready because they are after all fast food. We ended up just leaving!

I frequent this establishment on a regular basis and I can tell you that it is pretty solid on quality, but exceptional on service. Just had the tenders and shrimp combo and the sweet woman working the drive thru was awesome! Kind and proficient. She even called me “love” like my aunt used to do. She made my day with her smiling face. Shes a keeper corporate.

Ordered wings . Expected a whole wing. Not a half for PC. For 5.99 . Three Wing tips and 3 drumsticks. Terrible For the price. Needs to be a whole wing, like the ones for regular chicken orders. Ate it all and hardly any chicken . Really only 3 pieces per order. Will not buy again. Had to wait for 10 minutes to Cook as well. Expected much more. Not a good idea or day.

Had a mobile order for 6:16 pm. Waited 10 mins for the wrong order, 10 more minutes the same order comes back to me. I order an 8 piece family meal and coke to realize they didn’t even get my order. They took care of it eventually but waisted 40 minutes of my hour lunch.

they take forever. you’re in line for over 20 minutes whether you order at the window or doordash when you’re a dasher it’s even worse having to wait that long for orders. it affects customers and dashers bad.
